		<description>I've just been told that they're going to keep with the flash, but rework it so that people can link to individual pages, but I'm not sure about if this will affect their ability to be indexed by searvh spiders.</description>

		<description>I don't understand why sites go with all flash. Do they not know that google can't properly index the site if it's all flash? And no google love means no finding their site whne searching.
