A blog about hoodies & t-shirts

Catering for all ages

sleeppattern-m Catering for all ages

No Demo is a small indie company that launched in 2006. Whilst their site is a bit sparse at the moment, the thing that matters the most, tees, certainly isn’t lacking in quality. I can’t really decide what kind of style it is that No Demo has so I can’t really compare them to anyone off the top of my head, perhaps they’ve got a variety of artists so there isn’t a unified style, but I do like what I see.

I particularly like the ‘Stage of Sleep’ tee, there’s nothing to say whether the graphs are based upon actual sleep patterns (and how cool would that be?!), but its a great idea either way.

edisonkarma The Edison Sweatshirt @ the Karma Wares Boutique

This hoodie looks pretty crazy, am I right? But even though the design is fairly in your face, I don’t think it’s all that brash, probably due to the subdued colourway. Blurb!

view1 Threadless Pick: Moon Kite

It was a real toss-up between ‘Moon Kite’ and ‘Growth for the Sake of Growth‘ (from the Select line) this week, but I eventually sided with Monn Kite since, it’s cheaper, doean’t confuse me as much as those crabs (so over my head), and is available as a long sleeve tee, which is what HYA is for, after all.

This tee actually reminds me of one my favourite Threadless designs, ‘A Fathom Farewell‘, its kind of playful, whilst being a bit sad at the same time, and the subtle use of blue helps to set off the white as well, it doesn’t really feel like a straigh B&W design.

Costiness=$15 for guys, $17 for girls (equality? pah!) and $25 for the long sleeve. URL

Disclosure: all the links in this post are streetteam links.

It wroks!

silver-white-hoody It wroks!

Even though I’ve never mentioned them before, I utterly love Wrongroks. I don’t really know why, but everything about their designs ticks my boxes.

I also really like the idea of a ‘traditional’ artist putting their work onto clothing (I’m presuming the canvas came before the cotton), it just feels like it makes art a bit more accessible to people that usually see galleries as a bit pretentious.
