I still live at home, with my parents, so part of me hates this tee purely on principle, but in my defence, house prices where I live are crazy, crazy I say!

So whilst I do not agree with the sentiment, I do still think that this ‘never date a guy…’ series is really cool and a great idea to base a line on. Whilst I’m probably just stereotyping the fairer sex as being big fans of pink, I do like the way that the pink and black work with each other, and I think that utilising a slightly rock ‘n roll, gothic looking font contrasts really well with a colour that really ain’t all that gothic.

As usual, the applique (a sneaker in this case) is meant to be unrelated to the slogan, but I think its actually pretty apt in this case, I’m always getting shouted at for leaving shoes in the hallway!
There’s not much more to say about the quality that I haven’t said in my previous reviews of Delicate Tomboy merchandise, the tees feel soft, they’re cut a bit on the slim side, and the metallic thread stitching is a really nice touch.
This tee isn’t actually listed on the site, but I’d be willing to bet you could get one if you sent Delicate Tomboy an e-mail.

Part of me wishes that the bananas on this design had a bit more contrast to them, so that you were able to tell each banana apart, rather than it looking like a big mass of yellow, but I still like the way that the yellow and green work together.

Since David Beckham is moving to LA today I thought this would be pretty topical. I got an e-mail from a guy called Brent who is working on a line of ’soccer’ (football) t-shirts, and he was wondering if any of you guys would be interested in designing for him. Here’s the details:
“Do you know any rabid, foaming at the mouth, soccer-crazed artists, desperate to make some extra dough, who might be interested in creating designs for a line of soccer t-shirts I’m working on? Tons of exciting prizes to be won, such as money, in the form of cold, hard cash or a boring ‘ol Bank of America-issued cashier’s check (Whee!).”
If you would like to get involved you can e-mail Brent at the following address: brenshiplawnsky at yahoo dot com
He also gave me his phone number to give out, but I’m not really comfortable with giving someone else number on the net, so e-mail me if you’d rather call him than e-mail.

I know that this isn’t exactly the newest design in the Concrete Hermit shop (this is), but this tee really knocked my socks off (if I was wearing socks, ahh, the joys of being unemployed!), so I just had to give it a mention.
The colours look absolutely beautiful in this tee, I love the light blue on black, and whilst I’ve never heard of this Jon Burgerman fellow before, I think he’s a name that I’m going to need remember for the future, I believe he has what are known as ‘mad skills’, or is that ’skillz’?
Things seem to be pretty exciting for Concrete Hermit at the moment, they’re going to be opening their own gallery/shop in the East end of London in August, details are pretty thin on the ground at the moment, but its a bold move and I really hope that they manage to open up before my next trip down to the capital, because the more good independent retailers we have in the UK the better, and in my opinion CH are one of the best in the country.

Design By Humans is another addition to the amassing ranks of t-shirt design competitions, the designs on their front page look very impressive.
I’m sure that this is just my ever-so-slight ego here, but why did I find out about this company through Mashable rather than through a t-shirt blog?
I could you you more incite, but I think that Karl has got this one well covered.
