Substratum were mentioned a few days ago on Josh Spear, and just like every apparel line they write about, I took a look, and I was impressed by what I saw. Naturally, the use of a flash-based website is a bit of an annoyance, but I guess it does make it look nice. The design is of a load of fish, which is cool, I just figured it was a bunch of fish swimming about in the ocean, but no, I was well off the mark:
Intertwining both elements from Land & Sea, these flying fish are soaring high above our land while making a dive towards their ocean home. Unbound by the sea’s currents, our planet is their playground.
