I always thought it was ‘chequered’… I guess that this is just another time when my use of real English creates a mini conflict in my mind considering that the vast majority of people reading this are American.

Anywho, the design is what’s important, and I really like this. It has the look of something that I imagine a guitarist would wear on down-time during a tour (clearly, I have a lot of time to imagine things), I guess that’s because I’ve been conditioned to believe that any kind of chequered pattern suggests punk.

One thing that’s confusing me a bit is the spiffy looking jet on the left breast. At first I thought it was just sewn on the top of the black hoodie, but then their description confused me, “On the left side of the chest there is a stitched plane logo that has been then cut out.” So, maybe the chequering of the plane is actually from the inner lining of the hoodie? I think that’s actually cooler on a conceptional basis than an appliqué stitched onto the hoodie, but either way it looks good.

That’s such an awesome hoodie and I’m really tempted to order one. Does anyone know if that is actually a sale price or whether I can delay my purchase by a bit?

Looks like a sale price to me, the hoodie looks very well crafted, I’d get it just in case.

Not in the U.S :D
