I feel bad posting this image, since I guess it looks like I’m just writing about him because of tragic recent events, but this picture popped up on a blog I read and I thought that his tee looked really cool.
No idea where it came from, I get the feeling that the design might be a famous image (or at least influenced by a famous image). Any ideas?

I think I’ve made it pretty clear in the past that I am a big, big, big fan of Yackfou, the almost achingly excellent the Berlin-based streetwear company, so when they offered me an exclusive coupon code for their online store, I was very happy to accept.
When you’re making a purchase at the Yackfou store (something that I highly recommend, incidentally), if you put hyalovesyackfou into the coupon code box and apply the code, you’ll get 10% off your items. Yackfou’s generosity can’t last forever though, and this coupon will expire on January 16th. May I recommend that you start out by looking at their hoodies? If you can’t find something there that you don’t like then I think HYA might not be the place for you!

If you were on the lookout for a
hoodie with an upside down gorilla in gold foil on khaki… then boy do I have a treat for you!
Joking aside, this hoodie is actually pretty nice, the colourway works, the flashy gold foil contrasts well with the typically subdued khaki hoodie, and whilst I wouldn’t buy it purely because I wouldn’t buy something that also has my clothing size on it, I’m sure that there’s a big market out there for it.

Cindez are rapidly turning into a favourite in HYA towers (otherwise known as my bedroom). They seem to have a good eye for putting together great colourways and pairing them up with strong images, and even though I don’t seem to be able to work out the message in this design (as ever), I’m still really drawn to it.
Apparently, if you use the coupon code dadawan50, you’ll get 50% off all shirts that are sized L/XL/XXL, which is probably a good thing after all the excess of the past few weeks of holiday related binging!

This is the least Paul Frank-y style hoodie I think that Paul Frank have made in a long while, but it was actually the simple non-jokey nature of this hoodie that actually attracted me to it. That, and continuing the pattern across the hood works really well too.
And of course, who can ever resist skull and crossbones on a hoodie?
