Hot Topic won't be reordering the shirt, so it will sell out in the "test markets", and that should be the end of it. Goodie, of course, will have the option to sell it themselves or through another chain - I told them that I sincerely hope they don't do that, but it could happen, but as far as I'm concerned this whole matter is over.Hot Topic was actually SUPER COOL about the whole thing, and very understanding, and the guys behind Goodie aren't bad either - they were just trying to protect their business, just like I was trying to protect mine. the matter is settled! I've for sure seen some things that I swear I've seen online, only from a different company before. Also, this seems to happen on threadless winning designs as well.
