If I had a category for it, I’d describe this as being a ‘logo design done right.’ I guess I only feel that because Sankes & Suits aren’t a household name brand, if this were a Nike
hoodie I’d probably be boiling with rage, but since S&S are smaller then I feel as if they can get away with it, especially when they’ve pulled it off with such style.

I really like the subtle use of colour in this design. Firstly, the way that the text is the same as the hoodie works really well, from a distance (well, when I look at the thumbnails, which is kinda the same thing) it almost makes it look as if the overlapping, repeated logo is actually the scales of a snake. Sceondly, the way that they have white laces for the drawstring hood and white for the zip-up. I know that those are only little things, but they help to bring together the whole package.Costiness=$35

I
think I like this tee, but its just so hard to tell when the picture above is all that I have to go on. When a tee has some large text on it, that would be fine, but this tee is made up of lots of little elements, it practically begs for a few close ups so that you can actually see what you’re buying. If I were to open a tee store, I would ensure that there were loads of pictures for each tee, just like in my
reviews, because people are more likely to buy things when you can actually see what it is they’re trying to buy.But the colourway is clearly quite nice, people don’t usually put red and gray together on a tee, but I think it really works in this case, and the illustration looks like quite a lot of fun.

Oh. Hell. Yes. Space Invaders baby!
I really can’t stop posting about Space Invaders, can I? I like that they’ve stayed really true to the original game and just put a minimal little twist onto it by strategically placing their logo within the game action. The colour palette works great, too, with the bold, bright colours really popping off the darkness of the background.

I don’t really know what else I should write after a title like that. How about: spend $100 plus at Johnny Cupcakes and you’ll get a free wreath scarf (value $35.99!).
The tee above is newly released too, available in black on white and white on black (both colourways in guy and gal sizes). I’m going to stick my neck out and say that those colourways were chosen because of the black and white Boston cookies?

Whilst Avril (who very cleverly didn’t change her name to become Mrs. Whibley) was at the beach getting papped in her bikini, I was happier to see her in this cute
hoodie (not much happier, mind you!). I know that putting ears onto clothing is a dangerous business, you are pretty much leaving yourself open for mockery, but she’s famous so she can do pretty much whatever she wants, I guess.

I’ve done a bit of sleuthing around and can’t find this hoodie or anything that looks similar to it, but Avril does seem to wear some fairly nice
hoodies that look similar to this, so maybe she’s wearing the same brand a lot which might make my hunt easier.
