A blog about hoodies & t-shirts

Toasty hoodie by Park Life

Here’s a clever idea, someone has taken a regular, pocket-less hoodie, and stitched a pair of mittens onto it. I think you could have a lot of fun with this hoodie, fooling people into thinking you were wearing a regular pair of mittens, then removing your hands from them and they just stayed where they were like some kind of lame magic trick. Now that I think about it, you couldn’t really have that much fun with this hoodie, but its still pretty cool.

Only available in a womens medium, sorry, although I can’t see this one being too hard to DIY if you really want to see some mitten-on-hoodie action.

Hicalorie

Hicalorie, whom I’ve professed my love for on HYA in the past, have unleashed their summer 2008 range upon stores across the world, but they wanted to reward their many die hard fans by posting some items that are exclusive to their Big Cartel powered store. It’s not all quite available yet (the skate decks and original art are labelled ‘coming soon’), but there’s plenty there to whet your appetite. The store is British and all listed in pounds, so I’m afraid it might make painful reading for Americans even with the dollar/pound rate swinging a little bit back your way, but if the prices bring a tear to your eye, at least you’ve got some decent eye candy to look at.Hicalorie.com

No Star: 7 new tees

new tees from No Star new tees from No Star

No Star released 7 new tees recently to carry on their mission of “[making] smile happen”, they don’t particularly excite me, but they’re all pretty wearable and I do like the way that No Star only ever make designs that are original and based on their own puns rather than picking up on the latest buzz-worthy phrases.

When a blogger like me sees a picture of such a fine mustache he feels compelled to shoehorn it into a post in any way he can. But I would assume that at least a few of you would be interested to know that Seibei is going to be setting up shop at the Renegade craft fair in Brooklyn, and from the sounds of it has a pretty sweet spot right next to team Etsy.Get the full deets @ the Seibei blog
