The tee blog list grows… 149 sites now

Just a quick note one this overcast and cloudy weekend that I’ve completed the latest updates to the tee blog list and it has now swollen like my belly after a visit to a hinese buffet and has reached a rather collossal 149 sites. I’ve also made it clearer which of the blogs are dead and which are extensions of t-shirt companies by putting [Dead] and/or [Corporate] next to their name.

How do you find out about all these blogs? Do you subscribe somewhere? Also, just curious but how many of these do you read?

Ahh, Kamil, your comment has reminded me that I need to get my ass in gear and write about cameesa!

It took me a few months to find them (not constant research, obviously), and generally it was done through people leaving comments on the original post I did last November telling me about their tee blog, e-mailing me about their site, me widening the parameters a bit (Rumplo and Emptees aren’t blogs, but I think they need to be in a list like this), and me hunting through the blogroll’s of blogs. It’s fairly laborious, but since I was just picking up a few links every couple of days it wasn’t that boring.

I haven’t actually checked how many of them I read, but I think that my Google Reader T-shirt folder has about 30-40 feeds in it, although some of them aren’t actually blogs, some are Flickr feeds, and some are the blogs of specific artists that I like.

Impressive list. Yet, there are still tons of good blogs out there not listed in your post. I found a nice corporate Tshirt blog: Idakoos… These are big guys entering the major league of t-shirts you know…

Well Julio, the post is getting on for almost a year old now, so it’s hardly surprising that it’s starting to show it’s age.
