Terratag, who I have a blatant tee-crush on, are having a go at running a design competition, and guess what? It’s about robots! As you probably guessed from the image above, the winning design will receive £250 (not the most we’ve ever featured, but not too bad) and ten tees of their winning design. Here’s the entry details:
Entry is simple:
You design a robot to be printed on a T-shirt. It can be any style of robot – let you imagination run riot. Designs must be no larger than 35 cm wide by 45 cm high and use no more than 4 colours.
All entries must be submitted by August 1st – email jpeg files (no larger than 1 Mb) to paul@terratag.com All artwork will be exhibited in a gallery on the Terratag website for two weeks, until August 15th.
The viewing public will ask to cast a vote on their favourite designs and the winner announced on the 15th.
The winning design will be printed as a limited edition T-shirt. The prize being £250 and 10 T-shirts printed with their winning design.
Considering that Terratag set such a high bar with their own artwork its safe to presume that the submissions are going to be of a similar standard, so it’ll be interesting to see what we’ll see on their site come August 1st.
