art background intro1 How to Dress like the cast of Mad Men

Like many Americans, and about a dozen Brits, I was hooked on Mad Men from pretty much the first episode, so I’m eagerly awaiting it return to British screens now after the second season began a few days ago in the US (I might have to resort to ‘other means’ of watching it though). Whilst I don’t expect to be switching the content of HYA from streetwear and indie clothing stores to vintage inspired men’s tailoring, I thought you might get a kick out of Valet Mag’s look into how the costume designers dress the men of Sterling Cooper.

I missed the first few episodes of this on british TV so didn’t watch the rest but really want to check it out. I think I’m going to have to resort to those “other means”. One of the writers of this worked on The Sopranos, didn’t they?

I don’t know about the Soprano’s connection (and at 2am I’m to lazy to even google it), but I very much recommend checking it out, and its probably on DVD by now so you don’t need to enter dubious copyright waters to watch it (although how downloading it off the internet is different from recording it on Sky+ I don’t know).
