I was about to write a post about how it was stupid for Amorphia to hold their Oktoberfest sale in September (it would have been hilarious, trust me), but then a little alarm bell went off in my head, which was swiftly followed by the thought “Andy, you’d probably better google this otherwise you’re going to end up looking like an idiot… again.”

So I checked it out, and whaddyaknow, Oktoberfest is held in September! And the reason why is almost interesting (except I’ve found more than one explanation)!

The sale is in the form of a coupon code, OKTOBERSALE08, which will get you 15% off your order (as long as its above $25) at Amorphia Apparel, Science!, and Teach the Controversy.

157245113 23545635fa Oddica are back from the dead and they brought a sale with them

Y’know, just last night I was wondering what had happened to Oddica, they just kinda went quiet after showing so much promise (and so many great designs) in their first year of existence. Well, that’s all being rectified, and we can look forward to seeing some new designs from the land of Odd once again in the near future.

For now though, you can get back in the Oddica mood by taking advantage of their $10 sale. Tees are $10, hoodies are a ridiculously reasonable $20, and polos are $18. All are printed on American Apparel blanks, so you know its a bargain, although stocks of some sizes and designs are fairly limited. The sale will run until September 15th.

Summer Sale at Love & Tug

by Andy on September 2, 2008

Love & Tug, the clothing brand that probably has a doppelganger in the Far East that sells ‘massages’ rather than t-shirts, are running a summer sale at the mo, and the prices are pretty darned tasty. £5 for the ladies and £8 for the guys. That’s good, but consider that they were £25 just a few weeks ago, yeah, the deal looks even better now, right?

The designs have a celebrity slant to them, three tees feature Pete Doherty, Kate Moss, and Lindsay Lohan, which I’m not all that interested in to be honest, I quite like the designs themselves, but I just wouldn’t want those people to be on my chest, except for maybe Lohan… and perhaps Kate Moss, but the further Pete Doherty is away from me the happier I am. L&T also have a great design that riffs on the familiar ‘I [heart] NY’ tee, but instead of NY, it’s ‘rehab.’ If I were them, I’d post one of those off to Amy Winehouse quick, the tabloids would love it!

I know this isn’t even close to being about clothes (although I guess the badges could be attached to clothes), I thought you guys might be interested. Funkrush have released a couple of new very reasonably priced (£5) A3 sized prints based, one of which is based upon a popular and/or awesome tee design, and I think the other is a fresh design that would make a popular and/or awesome tee design. They’ve also released a couple of badge packs that can be purchased for £2.99 each.
