Perfect for the modern economic times we find ourselves in, this unique collaboration Tee is available exclusively from Urban Industry at www.urbanindustry.co.uk!
Entitled “WORK! EARN! SPEND!”, this exclusive tee plays on the notion of “Urban Industry” and the “City Worker”, and the endless treadmill of the rat race. Designed ahead of recent stock market volatility, the design is remarkably prescient of current economic times and the trouble city bankers now find themselves in, running to stand still.
With a half-tone newspaper-style print and retro shop-window graphics, the Ultrarama x Urban Industry collaboration tee puts a Sixties spin on the modern workplace.
Urban Industry have chosen Ultrarama! as the first brand to collaborate with.
I really like the way that the half-tone of the background image has the solid text running over it.

I know that we’re makin great strides as an industry with this niche, but all too often clothing aimed at gamers, geeks, nerds, and other people that are a little disappointed when you tell them you don’t use Linux is just a bit terrible. Supercombo (who are something to do with
Funkrush, which can only be a good thing) saw that problem, and decided to do their part in fixing it. The result is three tees (so far) that are a bit nerdy, and a bit awesome.

This is pretty cool, a student called Edwin from Malaysia (currently studying in Singapore) needs to raise some cash for an upcoming school trip the UK, so he’s selling a tee. The trip will see Edwin going to Loughborough University, which is just 10 miles from the university I attended, and one of my best friends went to Loughborough, so I hope Edwin knows what he’s in for. Whenever I visited there was always people playing sport, jogging around campus, and just generally being far too healthy to be normal students. To be fair, they did know how to party… and the
girls had great taste.
To Edwin’s credit, he isn’t using the story to tug at heart-strings to earn a sale, I really like the tee design, he’s subtly played the campaign name into the design, but since the name is fairly generic, lots of people can wear it and it not be a charity tee, but just a tee that they like.

The headline says it all really, Go Ape are being force to remove their latest design, Bar Trekkin’, which is obviously based upon a rather popular television series, and you have until Wednesday to buy it, after that, its gone.

![split reason winner splitreasonwinner 480x265 And the winner is... [Competitions]](http://media.hideyourarms.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/11/splitreasonwinner-480x265.jpg)
Once again, I turned to the trusty Random.org integer generator, put in the amount of comments on the competition page (23, not too shabby guys!) and asked it to pick out one number for me, that number was 3 (or ‘trois’, as I have been calling it for a while), which means that the winner of the $25 gift certificate from Split Reason is….
….
Curtis!
Curtis said that his favourite game of all time (all time!) was ‘Jazz Jackrabbit 2‘, which I think its fair to say is a somewhat unusual choice, considering he could have picked Goldeneye, which is blatantly a lot better.
Congratulations to Curtis, and keep a look out for more competitions on Hide Your Arms in the near future, and when I say near future, I mean that there is going to be another competition as soon as I can think up a decent question.

This collection code named ‘Medieval Knievel’ is a slogan that represents several different concepts; History, adventure, danger and romance.
We’ve used this slogan to create a range that illustrates and materialises fantasy stories that take in imagery from the past to the present. Using Evil Knieval in the title represents something to us about living for the day, being young, being adventures, daring and using your imagination in the face of the void.
Incorporating the past and ‘Medieval’ has allowed us to create a fantastical world in which to create a range using various motifs such as Chainmail, Mermaids, Sirens, Octopus’, Swallows, Tattoos and Women.
