In a nutshell, Jack Threads is like Woot, except for instead of selling gadgets, they sell cool streetwear. One item a day, severely discounted (at least 50% off). Simple.
If nutshells aren’t for you, here’s how they describe themselves:
JackThreads is an online shopping community offering apparel, sneakers, and accessories from respected brand names in the surf, skate, and street fashion subcultures—offered daily at least fifty percent off (usually more). All this wrapped in an exclusive little “invite only” bow.
Think about it—In a recent study, six out of ten 18-35 year old men said that they believe they will become famous in their lifetimes. Four out of ten believe they will become rich. We support your ambition toward one or both of these goals (or slacking if that’s your thing) and we hope that you achieve them without going to jail. But whatever your goal (unless your goal involves the adult film industry) you can not achieve it naked. So now every day at midnight, a new item will go on sale to help you look good doing all the things you do in your very cool and busy lives
All that’s great, but I bet you’re wondering how you’re going to stop peering through the window and actually get an invite to Jack Threads? Well, such is the awesome power of Hide Your Arms, we’ve been hooked up with a link that will allow you to sign up without having to go to all the trouble of having me send each of you an e-mail (which is good, because I’m pretty lazy).
All you have to do is click on this link (or the one at the end of this post) and you’ll be able to sign up.

*Disclosure: Jack Threads give members $10 credit for referring new members (only when that person buys an item), this referral programme may only apply to when it is done by e-mail rather than with the special link that I’ve been given, so I may or may not earn commission from these referrals. I would have written about Jack Threads either way, but I thought I’d better let you know.

Okay, this parka is in no way cheap, but hot damn it looks good. I really like the way that when the hood is down (shown in the gallery) it kind of looks like a scarf, with those little tassles at each edge, and yes, I know that’s a really odd thing to pick out.

I thought of a really bad way to write about this in an informercial style that would go a little something like this:
The only thing that’s going to be endangered is the dollars in your wallet with these excellent savings at Endangered Wear…
But for that to work I would have had to do a video… and I need a haircut… so…
Anyway, you can get 25% off at Endangered Wear up until the End of the month by using the coupon code world. Also, EW “will be donating $1.00 from every shirt sold to World Vision, an humanitarian organization dedicated to fighting poverty, hunger, and injustice in over 100 countries” which is very nice of them.

To be honest, the tees don’t excite me all that much, but I do think that the concept is pretty neat:
3 Letter Word was created to offer an all-new form of tee shirt expression. There’s only one rule: your word must be 3 letters. Tee itself is a 3letterword.
With less stigma than their 4-letter cousins, 3letterwords elicit reactions without themselves being illicit.
With 1,238 official English 3letterwords to choose from and limitless rkn and acronym options, 3letterworders can be as obvious, subtle, naughty, ironic, playful, clever, simple or subversive as they want to be. Each word is given meaning by its owner, and thus, each tee is completely unique.
Each 3letterword is available in grey, yellow, red or blue flock lettering hand-pressed onto a 100% cotton American Apparel tee. Men’s tees are available in asphalt, olive, navy, red, silver or brown. Women’s tees are available in asphalt, yellow, fuchsia or aqua.
I get what they’re going for, but I think that it might just be a bit limiting creatively, and what’s to stop all their customers just going off to Spreadshirt/CafePress/Zazzle and making one for themselves? At least it looks as if, they’re making quality tees, so if you’re in the mood for a tee with three letters on it then I can’t think of anyone better than 3 Letter Word.
