This is the last of the tees that Local Celebrity sent in a rather large box, and whilst I wish that I could say that I was saving the best for last, I must admit that I’m not particularly partial to this tee. I don’t have a problem with the design, the text and the image are both fine, I just have a problem wearing a tee that has cocaine on it, even if the message on the tee is anti-drugs. I don’t wanto to preach to people even if I think that taking cocaine is a bad thing, and I’m sure that more than a few people would misinterpret the design as me actually being pro-drugs, and frankly, I’d rather just not get into that whole hornet’s nest.

Clearly, to say that I’m a fan of this design would be a bit of a lie, but I accepted long ago that HYA isn’t just about me and what I like anymore, and I have to accept that there are people out there who like this kind of thing, even if they are just rather ballsier than I am in their anti-drugs stance. The colourway is pretty neat, red, black and white always work well together, and the design is classic Local Celebrity, simple and solid, with a slightly retro feel to it.

I may not love the subject of this tee, but I am still very much in love with the quality of Local Celebrity’s t-shirts, they rank amongst the best I’ve ever worn, and as regular readers will know, that’s a lot of t-shirts! Print quality is excellent too, I’m pretty sure its a water-based ink since you can barely feel it on the tee, and I know that these tees last because the first lot they sent me are still going strong despite reasonably heavy rotation in my tee wearing.
