From now until the end of the weekend you can get 25% off absolutely anything at 80s Purple using the coupon code thepurps. They’ve got a massive range, so I’m sure you’ll find something you like.

They also have quite a cool promo going where if you spend $100 you’ll be sent a $10 gift certificate with your order, a $20 GC for spending $150, and a $30 GC is you spend $200 or more.

39 480x400 Sale on at Design By Humans until November 30th

This is really starting to feel like a sale blog at the moment, but with them coming in thick-and-fast I feel slightly compelled to inform you of such bargain-erous treats during these tough economic times. Like it says in the pictures, DBH have a sale on, and it lasts until the 30th.

Say Hello to I Am Colin

by on November 21, 2008

in T-shirts, funny

pxb gry 456x640 Say Hello to I Am Colin

Just so we’re clear, this clothing label is called ‘I Am Colin’ not ‘I Am Co-Lin’ in that weird way that Americans pronounce it. On that subject, what’s the deal with the way you guys pronounce ‘Craig’, do you just not see the ‘A’ in it?

Anyway, now that I’ve calmed down after that mini-rant, here’s a quick IAC bio:

The concept is based around and inspired by Colin’s life – a fictional muse. It’s a geek chic, anti-fashion approach with a bit of English eccentricity thrown in. We’re a new label currently launching and we are planning to expand our range of product beyond just tees next season.

I quite like the idea of someone building a clothing range around a fictional character, it certainly seems original!

Bernos’ Fall Lineup

ma4 480x358 Bernos Fall Lineup

I don’t know what it is about Bernos, but their designs leave me feeling really ‘refreshed’. You’re probably thinking “Andy, what the hell are you talking about?” But luckily, I don’t need to explain myself because I’ve already said I don’t know what it is.

Also, I love the idea that absolutely anyone can wear a tee that says “Made in Africa.” Check out the gallery for an argyle tee in a rasta colourway that I think is pretty cool.

Free Shipping at Busted Tees until November 26th

21.11.2008

As usual, this deal only applies to folks in the US of A, but still, free shipping at Busted Tees, huzzah!
*On a slightly related note, and because I don’t want to keep writing ‘free shipping‘ posts, Vig Tees are offering free shipping when you spend more than $50.

HomeRoom’s Fall/Winter Collection looks hot

21.11.2008

You see, the clever thing about that title is that in Fall and Winter its generally quite cold, whereas I’ve described the clothing collection from HomeRoom as being hot, in the blogging biz we call that “writing things which are contradictory because you think they’re funny even though they’re actually kinda lame.”
Asymmetric? Thumbholes? I’m intrigued! [...]

Say Hello To Torso Clothing

21.11.2008

Just so we’re clear, this is Torso Clothing, not Torso, its hardly surprising that two companies have sprung up with similar names, though them both being based in Australia does confuse things a bit. Much like the other Torso, this one has some great tees too.
