I think I’m a little bit late to the
Validus Apparel party (not even fashionably late, just actually late), judging by the amount of people that have blogged about them according to
their blog. But, I’m here now and I’ve brought beer for all, and snacks!
… I may have pushed that metaphor a bit too far.
I was going to pick just one of VA’s designs to write about, but I liked the whole range so much (except for this one, which may look better in reality) that I decided that you needed to see them all. A few of the designs seems to be a wonderful melange of Linty Fresh and J3concepts, which is always a good thing, and the rest of their designs don’t suck either.

I seriously have no clue what’s going on with this tee from
LaFraise, but I really like it. The character is cute, and it sits really well on the tee, a good case of a tee design, rather than an illustration that has been put on a tee as an afterthought.

When I say “stop being lame”, I don’t mean that I’m going to turn into a world-class writer and bring you to tears with every post about cotton-y goodness, I mean that I’ve ponied up the cash to actually have the site running more reliably. Over the next few days I will be bringing back the features I had to drop because they were playing havoc with the server, so you will once again be able to subscribe to comment threads, which is a function I believe every blog should have.
If there’s anything else you think that the blog needs, please let me know and I’ll see if I can make it happen.

GOOD NEWS! Our new website is finished!! It’s been a long time in the making and it’s still not 100% the way we want it, but it feels great to have it to this point. There are still some glitches that you might notice, but we’re working hard to get them all fixed so you can cruise around the site nice and easy.
One of the coolest new things about the new site is the A-List. Basically, it’s a way for us to hook up our loyal customers with lower costs and allow them to participate in contests, parties, or anything else we decide to do. If you plan on buying anything from us in the near future, you’ll definitely want to take 2 seconds and become an A-Lister so you can save some sweet cash.
