Save Ferris (RIP John Hughes)

Even though I wasn’t in the right age range to watch his films when they were released, I really loved the films of John Hughes (the director who passed away yesterday following a heart attack) when I did eventually watch them. Ferris Bueller’s Day Off is one of my all-time favourite films, The Breakfast Club, Pretty In Pink, and Sixteen Candles are the kind of teen movies that I wish they made when I was a teenager, because I like them know, imagine how awesome I would have thought they were when I was filled to the brim with angst and hormones!

Life moves pretty fast. You don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Have a good weekend everyone.
