I was actually watching Ferris Bueller’s Day Off a couple of days ago (the DVD case is still lazily dropped in front of the TV, I’m a little messy), and I thought that I really should own a Save Ferris tee, it’s a design classic for the John Huges generation (which I’m probably a bit young to class myself as, but let’s ignore that for a second), and it’s iconic, probably because it’s so simple that you just can’t forget it. Johnny Cupckaes take on the design probably won’t be remembered in 20 years except for by the most die-hard supporters of JC, but it’s still pretty cool. If you’re into cardigans (I’m no fan, personally), you’ll probably like what they’ve done with this, it interests me a lot more more than a ‘normal’ cardigan, but whilst I may be hitting the big 2-5 next week I don’t think I’m quite at a point where I want to wear cardigans yet.
