This
coupon code doesn’t have that “I feel really important” factor of having HYA included in the code text, but once again we shan’t be looking a gift horse in the mouth and I’ll run it anyway. Just type in
COCKTAIL when placing your order at
No Star to receive the discount. You can probably guess
which tee I think you should be making a saving on.

I’m not totally floored by the design on this tee, but it does look like something that would get a good reaction when being worn and it certainly is funny. Doubletake get props for the cool photoshoot too.
The tee is currently on sale for $10, which is pretty decent to start with, but in what seems to be a trend that I have no intention of stopping, HYA has an exclusive coupon code to get 15% off your order, making this American Apparel tee a piffling (yes, piffling!) $8.50. Input the very logical code of HYA15 at the checkout to receive the discount.

Most of you probably don’t realise who Jason Cosper is, but he was the first guy to run a blog about t-shirts (and even if he wasn’t the first, he was the best),
Preshrunk.org. That blog has been quiet since April (and pretty quiet for the past couple of years, really), but there’s still a lot of good stuff in the archives, and I probably wouldn’t have started HYA if I hadn’t been a Preshrunk fan, so I guess I owe him quite a lot.
Fortunately, this isn’t one of those occasions when I feel compelled to write about something just because of the person that did the design (you can tell which posts they are, right?), because I like Experimental Jetset style tees (yes, I am gathering links for an upcoming list, naturally), and I really like Mad Men. I’m a few episodes behind Americans, so the finale is a long way off for me, but I’ve really enjoyed the season so far, if anything you should be jealous that I still have more episodes to watch!
Incidentally, the original Experimental Jetset designs are being re-issued by a Japanese brand called Publik, after many years of not being officially available.

Just in case the picture isn’t working for you for some reason, here’ the text from
EndangeredWear’s poem:
I’ts time to start your holiday shopping,
We’d like to help you save a buck,
Use promo code: ewfan to save fifteen percent,
unless you think our t-shirts suck.
Now there’s some refreshing honesty from a clothing company, even if it was just a convenient way to complete that rhyming couplet. Here’s an interesting tidbit, I have actually had some poetry published in a book… when I was about 10, still that technically makes me a published poet!

The Sleeper
hoodie has been around for a few years now, and Burton just keep thinking of different things to do with it. For those of you that are unaware, the Sleeper hoodie is intended for wear whilst you’re flying long-haul (or anywhere really) and would like to make your trip that little bit more comfortable. This latest version has a flip-down eyemask in the hood, retains the original inflatable neck pillow, passport pocket, headphone cable port, and headphone stash pocket. It’s only available in sizes medium and large at
Karmaloop, unfortunately, but they seem to re-release it every season anyway, so if you don’t fall into that category then you may just have to bide your time.

Here’s the thing, I’m British, and even I hate Fox News. In fairness to them, whilst they are astoundingly biased, they do cover stories, unlike CNN, which I tried to watch when I was in America, but when I realised that they covered about 3 stories an hour I had to move on and just read the BBC online.
