No idea how long Eau de Mars‘ sale will last, so if you want to pick up their tees for as low as £10 you’d better hurry over to the shop.

“Teh Internets” meme t-shirt by Tom trager at RedBubble

23.09.2011
Thumbnail image for “Teh Internets” meme t-shirt by Tom trager at RedBubble

For someone that spends so much time on the internet I’d like to think that I don’t succumb to memes all that often, I’m usually aware of the big ones, even if I onyly catch a hot video on YouTube after it has passed the 50 million view mark, but even I recognise the vast [...]

Small Victory’s tees are £9, that’s cheap!

23.09.2011
Thumbnail image for Small Victory’s tees are £9, that’s cheap!

They’re going to be putting new items (crew neck, hoody, and a t-shirt) on pre-order starting from tomorrow, so I presume that having their current crop of shirts on sale for £9 is a clearance move, I can’t imagine a company having their shirts at £9 as the regular price. Small Victory

Daily Tee Roundup Sept. 23rd

23.09.2011
Thumbnail image for Daily Tee Roundup Sept. 23rd

I like the idea behind “Jason’s Arsenal” at TeeFury today, when I first saw the design (without knowing the name) I didn’t immediately connect that it was a Friday the 13th reference, but that’s because I think the only time I watched films from that series it was before the addition of the red lines [...]

“Me and my computer” by Body Bag

23.09.2011
Thumbnail image for “Me and my computer” by Body Bag

I like the design of this shirt but cripes Body Bag make it hard work to actually see the thing, I don’t understand the idea behind the frame, all is does is make the size of the shirt smaller in the image, and that doesn’t help anyone, the Lego (possibly Playmobil?) dudes are fun but [...]

Poketo’s Fall Collection was new

23.09.2011
Thumbnail image for Poketo’s Fall Collection was new

It really does annoy me how I can just forget to write about a brand I like releasing a whole collection and me not realising for almost two weeks. Hopefully nothing has sold out already otherwise I’ve done you guys a disservice. Solid graphic work from the Poketo crew as usual, not exactly cheap but [...]

I’ve pointed out this tee in a general sense when I introduced Paper Root’s most recent collection, but I thought that this shirt deserved a spotlight since it is just so gosh darned good. Costiness=$25 Buy it at Paper Root Clothing

The best Tom Selleck t-shirt (and possibly artwork) that you will see in your life

23.09.2011
Thumbnail image for The best Tom Selleck t-shirt (and possibly artwork) that you will see in your life

I literally said “oh my God” when I saw this t-shirt. After that I swiftly went to Wikipedia to see if Americans would get the joke, and apparently you will because the Magnum ice cream was introduced in the US this year with Summer Rachel Bilson as the spokeperson for the brand. It’s not available [...]

Street Casuals brought in new Obey stuff a while back

Thumbnail image for Street Casuals brought in new Obey stuff a while back

This news is not new, but it’s still worth mentioning. Street Casuals, who seems to get bigger by the minute, added some classic Obey t-shirts to their lineup recently. Well, I say classic, a lot of their designs have a ‘classic’ look about them since they stick so rigidly to their style of design.

Reprints at Threadless this week (22/09/2011)

23.09.2011

Have to admit the Reprints this week are an ickle bit disappointing, you to struggle to give you a great deal to read about this time, sad in fact there are only 6 girly fit tees, I seem to be having a grump on quite frequently about tees that have been printed only for guys. [...]

Muck release part one of their A/W11 lookbook video

22.09.2011

Muck A/W Collection 2011 – Part I from itdrewitself on Vimeo. Thirty seconds of your life isn’t too much to spend looking at a little video with cool music on it. Quite nice shirts too, a bit different from what I usually write about but variety is the spice of life as they say. Both [...]

Dear Coffee, I Love You: Coffee blog gets into the tee game

22.09.2011
Thumbnail image for Dear Coffee, I Love You: Coffee blog gets into the tee game

I don’t drink coffee unless it is forced upon me, meaning that I’d never choose it myself, but if someone were to unwittingly give me a cup and it was good and sugary then I’d drink it, and probably enjoy it too. The funny thing is, I quite admire people that are really into their [...]

Sale time at Bloodgold

22.09.2011
Thumbnail image for Sale time at Bloodgold

Bloodgold are closing out the Summer (though it sounds like they had a little sun as we did) with a sale, dropping many of their tees to 9.90€ and a few hoodies at 39.90€ to help clear out old stock. Their tees are usually a little pricey at 29€ so it’s a good saving. No [...]

“Hi Brad” Phoebe Cates t-shirt at fiftyseven-thirtythree [Mildly NSFW]

Thumbnail image for “Hi Brad” Phoebe Cates t-shirt at fiftyseven-thirtythree [Mildly NSFW]

Yes, I know that strictly speaking this shirt is not NSFW, but I’m pretty sure that if your boss saw you looking at this they wouldn’t be too impressed, unless you work at a clothing company in which case, keep up the good work, buddy! Simple tee but still really cool, I’m not really sure [...]

Thumbnail image for Antisparkle fight cancer by releasing a print

Antisparkle are attempting to raise $1000 for the American Cancer Society through the sale of the print that you can see above. Available for $12, 100% of the net proceeds will be donated to the charity. It’s a lofty goal to donate that much, but I wish them luck.

5 Tips to improve your product photos and help you sell more t-shirts

22.09.2011
Thumbnail image for 5 Tips to improve your product photos and help you sell more t-shirts

One thing that hasn’t change in 5+ years here at HYA is me complaining about people having terrible product photos. There’s no excuse for it these days, you don’t need a DSLR and a studio to take a few decent shots of your items, a little knowledge and a point-and-shoot is enough to showcase your [...]

Daily Tee Roundup Sept. 22nd

22.09.2011
Thumbnail image for Daily Tee Roundup Sept. 22nd

Well, there’s definitely nothing creepy at all about this McDonald’s-themed t-shirt from TeeFury today. I certainly haven’t seen anyone mashup the evil monkey from Family Guy with the Wizard of Oz, have you? Good on ya, RIPT. I really like this tee from Shirt.Woot, the artwork is great and it’s a funny concept. Looks like [...]

Tilteed: The Snake Charmer

22.09.2011

The Snake Charmer Todays Tilteed artist is B7 I love a big portion of Bens work (I even came close to meeting him in person!) This image seems like a departure from his usual imagery which tends to be more intense and detailed however he executes the joke with skill and leaves us with a [...]
