I’m going to honest (which is something I seem to mention quite a lot on this site), I don’t know what this style of art is called, I would appreciate it if someone could explain what it is, and yes I Googled it, but ‘art made of loads of triangles‘ didn’t give me much. Costiness=$22 [...]

Meat Bun’s 20XX Collection is just as cool as it’s Lookbook

Thumbnail image for Meat Bun’s 20XX Collection is just as cool as it’s Lookbook

Really impressive release from Meat Bun, every shirt is a winner in my book. The lookbook is very cool too, I have a fascination with abandoned places (though there aren’t many around me, largely because there aren’t many buildings) and it’s a great setting for a photoshoot.

CineFile Video t-shirts, fusing the world of rock and cinema

18.09.2011
Thumbnail image for CineFile Video t-shirts, fusing the world of rock and cinema

Remember those shirts from Monsters of Grok that I mentioned a few weeks back? They took the names of famous scientists and finagled the logos of famous bands to fit in the scientists name creating a fun mashup tee, well guess what? Someone has done the same thing with film directors. I don’t believe there [...]

Wrongwroks open a in Beijing, how big are they?

Thumbnail image for Wrongwroks open a in Beijing, how big are they?

I knew that Wrongwroks was popular in Asia, but I didn’t realise that they had reached the point where they could open a store in Beijing. Yes, they’re sharing it with Stussy, but I think that association alone shows how much of a well respected an entity they are on that continent. I don’t think [...]

Trust ThinkGeek to release this, very cool. I get the feeling that the effect has been tampered with in photoshop for the product image which is a little disappointing, but I still have high hopes for this shirt. Costiness=$29.99 Buy it at ThinkGeek

“Revenge” t-shirt by Tee Project

17.09.2011
Thumbnail image for “Revenge” t-shirt by Tee Project

I haven’t given Australian design competition Tee Project nearly enough attention, they’ve got some good tees in their back catalogue and this new design is pretty nifty too. I’m not sure of the back story behind it, but I think that the design is meant to look like a label on a beer bottle, so [...]

Thumbnail image for Yema Yema turns top tees into pretty prints

I think that might be the most effort that I’ve put into a title in months! I was wearing the tee version of the black & white robot design a couple of days ago and it reminded me to take a look at the site to see if anything new had been released at Yema [...]

“Live free or die” t-shirt by White Pine Patriot

Thumbnail image for “Live free or die” t-shirt by White Pine Patriot

When I saw that this company was called “White Pine Patriot” I was a little worried that I’d be looking at at white supremacist clothing line (I know they exist but obviously won’t be linking to any), but I am almost entirely, completely, 100% sure that these guys just love ‘Merica and God. As usual, [...]

“Sight-Seeing” t-shirt by Hips and Hair

Thumbnail image for “Sight-Seeing” t-shirt by Hips and Hair

I like the description on this shirt from Hips and Hair: Los Angeles…it seems you either love it or hate it. With me, I find myself somewhere in the middle. That’s actually how I feel about LA too, I think that if I had a car when I’d visited and I’d planned out places I’d [...]

Speaker City

16.09.2011

Now that New York City’s summer is nearly over, people may stop blaring that same annoying album from their windows? Or at least until the “ghetto-heat” kicks in and forces them to open their windows in the dead of winter. Now imagine a city made of speakers. Sounds like a real estate agents worst nightmare. [...]

604Republic do posters now – neat!

Thumbnail image for 604Republic do posters now – neat!

This isn’t t-shirt news but these posters were t-shirt designs in a past life (and are still available as t-shirts it should be noted) so i think I can let it slide. If you’re after something geeky to put on your walls you could do a lot worse than these posters and at $6.95 each [...]
