Those hats at Snorg are dumb and we all know it but we’ll pretend they’re cool but it’s usually cute girls that wear them. Face the truth!

T-shirts are $5 off this week only as usual, we’ve all seen The Big Bang Theory inspired “rock, paper, scissors, lizard, spock” shirt elsewhere, so my favourite of the week is the U2 Venn diagram.

I’m pretty sure that Bono Venn Diagram is incorrect. It’s saying Bono can’t live “with AND without you”. The song is clearly Bono can’t live “with OR without you”.

Nope, The diagram is correct. “I can’t live [either] with or without you” is equivalent, in mathematics and in English, to “I can’t live with you and I can’t live without you.” Mathematically, this is called one of the De Morgan’s laws: the complement of a union is the intersection of the complements.” The more you know! Commence buying the shirt!
