Dracula t-shirt from Out of Print Clothing

by Andy on October 31, 2013

I remember back in the day when Out of Print were a new and small company with a great concept, and now they are massive, definitely one of the success stories of the indie t-shirt world. I’m not sure if this shirt is a recent release of theirs, but it certainly is timely, except it can be worn all year round so I don’t need to apologise for mentioning it at midnight on Halloween since it won’t arrive until

Pretty decent sale, sorry that I’m a little late picking up on it, but you’ve still got a few hours to make savings over at Tshirt Laundry. Good selection of new tees too.

‘Having worked alongside The Clatterbridge Cancer Charity on their latest commercial and seeing first hand the incredible work they do, the Papertwin team were super inspired to do something more to ensure that The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre is able to continue to give the best possible care.

For the next three weeks, not only will Papertwin be sporting its finest shade of pastel pink, but we will also be selling our very own ‘THINK’ t-shirts.’

“By purchasing one of our tees, not only will you be supporting the amazing work that goes on over at The Clatterbridge Cancer Charity, but you will also be playing your part in spreading the word. Awareness is vital to early diagnosis, and simply by wearing our tees, telling a friend, or showing your support for the campaign, you encourage people to listen, THINK and check.

Even if you can’t buy a t-shirt. Don’t worry, you can still play your part by sharing the campaign or sporting our THINK cover photo or profile image. We cannot do this without your help, so please, get involved and let’s work together to ensure this crucial work in the fight against cancer is able to continue.”

Male (Grey) Female (Pink) t-shirts are available for £10 online (Uk 50p shipping, rest of the world £2)

Raw Meat AW13 available now!

by Andy on October 31, 2013

To be honest, this new collection from Raw Meat is a bit loud for my tastes, but as has often been discussed on these pages I can’t like everything and that’s totally fine. The artwork is cool though, would be pretty nice to see them as prints in the store too. Here’s their press release:

Halloween, the night the Creepz come out to play. The night Ghouligans take back the streets. What better time of year to release a new range to celebrate this misunderstood family.
With 19 new items added to the store, including the Limited Edition ‘Samhainophobia’ range by the King of Creepz himself, Michael Shantz, there’s something for every creep out there.

The new range is available online from 31st October at www.eatrawmeat.com

As usual, it’s great to see a company releasing a collection on Halloween that can be worn when it’s not Halloween, though with their style and fans I bet they wished it was Halloween everyday anyway!

Bold and Vibrant Graphic Tees UK brand, Resurgence Tees, here with my new Halloween collection for 2013. Featuring striking Sugar Skulls, Mischievous Devils and two Pop Culture-inspired designs – simple, playful and unique tees for any age.

Andy: I for one wouldn’t be particularly happy to receive a t-shirt with a damaged print like the red shirt up there. Maybe the others are fine, but using a print like that in product shots doesn’t inspire a lot of confidence in the buyer, and will lead to these guys missing out on sales which is a pity. Brands put so much time, effort and money into their collections and then a small aspect like that let’s them down and changes your whole perception of them.

Pretty sweet deal, especially with the free domestic shipping.

It’s been a while since we’ve heard from Pipiripau, but they’re back with a couple of tees inspired by the Dia De Los Muertos. The designs for men and women are separate so one design is available in a crew neck for guys and one design on a scoop for the ladies (though I guess that women could also buy the crew neck shirt, but the scoop neck might look a bit odd on most guys). Both shirts are available now for $29 each.

Big news guys, I’ve actually heard of the two people in the title, which is something that I think hasn’t happened for at least a month. I’d say I’m proud of myself, but I think that it’s just the case that they’re so big that even someone like me has heard of them. Love the illustration style on that J-Dilla tee, I don’t get the reference but it looks so good that I don’t care.

Shirts are $26 a piece and available until Sunday at My Main Man Pat.

Check out the new tees from Check Tees Out.

Andy: Cool designs, very wearable.

To be completely honest, I had totally forgotten that Nerdy Shirts existed, they were really busy a few years ago and then just kind of fell off the map with a lack of updates. When I saw them pop up in my Feedly I was surprised, I figured it was probably some glitch from their RSS feed, but I don’t remember seeing these tees there before so perhaps they are new and it’s a sign that they’re going to be becoming more active. My favourite from this new batch is the cotton structure shirt, now that’s nerdy! Shirts are $17.99 and available now from Nerdy Shirts.

Ben recently had this lovely photoshoot done to help show off the Hair of the Bear t-shirt that we’re selling in the HYA shop, and I think that the above images certainly look a lot nicer than the ones that I took with the shirt on my very wet lawn.

Horror inspired street wear brand Sleep Terror recently released their special Halloween collection, featuring 4 brand new spooky t-shirts. The collection also includes a Walking Dead parody tee titled, “The Waking Dead” featuring grumpy and groggy ghouls waking up from their crypts to terrorize the living.

Andy: Thanks for the submission!

Decent deal from Urban Industry, I’m not sure what Halloween has to do with sales, but I’m not one to look a gift horse in the mouth.

Worn By Heroes is dedicated to producing premium quality, fashionable t-shirts inspired by the movies and TV shows that we all love.

We love wearing movie and tv shows t-shirts, but most of the time the t-shirt itself is scratchy, ill-fitting and just plain cheap! We want to change that. We’re printing our awesome designs on American Apparel t-shirts using water-based inks. These are the highest quality movie and tv shows t-shirts you can get.

We’ve launched a Kickstarter campaign with 10 designs from a wide range of film and TV, including Blade Runner, The Wire, Jurassic Park and more. We really need our help to get this started. We’re so passionate about this company and we want to create t-shirts for years and years to come. So please come and have a look at our designs!

Andy: Thanks for the submission!
