It’s a bank-holiday Monday here in the UK today and the sun is making one of its rare appearances in the sky, so I’m just doing news posts today. Josh from Mauve dropped me a line to let me know that

I like the whole ‘hand of God’ style that is going on with this tee, the way that the brush appears to come out of nowhere and just puts a splash of colour down onto the shirt. Foreign Family’s signature marks of hand-drawn illustrations work well and the fade on the paint splash is pretty damned nice too.

Anyone remember the lovely people that generously sponsored the Christmas giveaway which had more than $200 worth od prizes up for grabs? No prizes this time for remembering that it was Mauve. Okay, I know that this hoodie is ‘kinda’ expensive, but please consider that I’ve just got back from a city where it felt like there was a Chanel or Louis Vuitton store on every corner, and you can understand why I think this hoodie is pretty good value.
The colourway really appeals to me on this one, and the pattern is pretty cool too, I guess its one of those items that you’re either going to love or hate (guns are a turn off for a lot of people I’d guess), so there isn’t much point me babbling on about it.
