Post image for ‘Nosferatea’ shirt and pin badge set new in at Edward Teabelly

Is it weird that one of my favourite pictures up there is the neck tag? That little square of whatever it is people make neck tags out of (it sure doesn’t feel like cotton usually) is seriously classy.

Not that there’s anything wrong with the other pictures, it just stuck out to me. As someone that doesn’t drink tea (and sometimes it feels as if I’m the UK person in the UK that doesn’t), so the design can only go so far with me, but it is nicely done, and something that you can wear when it’s not Halloween too, which is always good. The pin badge set looks pretty cool too.

Post image for “Caña Tsunami” t-shirt for beer and Hokkusai fans at Dr. UEEE

For a bit of context, a ‘caña’ is a small beer in Spain which usually costs about €1 and may be accompanied by tapas at the bar. I like that Dr. UEEE felt the need to explain to the English guy what a small beer is since we don’t usually put those two words together, though Germans usually have us beat when it comes to the volume of beer in a single glass, though I’d like to think we have them beat (as if anyone ever wins during a marathon drinking session).

Being a Hokkusai fan, and when I say fan I mean I only like ‘the Great Wave’ but I do like it enough to have it on my sneakers, I think that this design is pretty neat.

T-shirt News for March 28th

coffee t-shirts

I love this coffee cup character up at TeeFury today, it would be cool to see that as a vinyl toy.

Who doesn’t love a BLT? Well, I don’t since uncooked tomato weirds me out a bit (which in itself is odd since I will eat pretty much anything), the the rest of this design at Shirt.Woot is fine by me.

RIPT have a Dhalsim Street Fighter shirt up today, unfortunately the concept was done on Teefury last month and the commenters aren’t holding back on saying which they prefer.

new snorg tees

Sure, you have to spend $75 or more to get the free shipping, but that’s better than nothing, I guess. Hunger Games fever is growing, and Snorg have become the latest site to jump on the bandwagon and release a shirt about the movie that’s practically guaranteed to top the box office over the weekend and probably beyond. Really solid week from Snorg, whilst I don’t necessarily approve of the BFF tee now that I think my heavy drinking days are behind me, it’s better than most boozy designs, and the Downton Abbey design is fun too, strange to see that show cropping up on an American site when I didn’t realise it was getting big over in the US. The new shirts are $14.95 this week and will go up by $5 from next week.

tshirt laundry

My favourite for the week at Tshirt Laundry is the Donkey Kond design, interesting to see a take on the character which isn’t 8-bit.

orange juice t-shirt

New-ish brand The Breakfast Club got in touch via e-mail on the day I went away on holiday, so to say that this is fresh news would be a lie, but hey, better late than never, right?

One of the coolest things about The Breakfast Club is their custom packaging, I haven’t seen anything like it before and I’m sure that it would really add to the t-shirt buying experience, especially if you bought it as a gift for someone. Packaging is something that is often neglected when it comes to t-shirts, and that can often be forgiven since the shirt is the main focus, but it’s also good to see people trying to do something different and go the extra mile.

Costiness=£19.99 Buy it at The Breakfast Club

hangover t-shirt

I’ve hit a point in my life where the fear I have of a hangover in the morning outweighs my willingness to drink, so thankfully hangovers are few and far between for me, but I can certainly empathise with the sentiment on this shirt from laFraise (they have only released one shirt this week).

Daily Tees & News for December 20th

night of the living dead t-shirt

This TeeFury shirt has everything, horror, a movie parody, 80s games, 8-bit, and lots of criticism in their comments about the head looking pasted on!

Not often you see an orange shirt, usually it only happens when Tilteed pull this design out of the closet.

This Shirt.Woot design is simple but I like it. I’ve never ordered anything from Shirt.Woot, what are their delivery times like? Any chance you’ll be able to wear this before Egg Nog season is over?

Starship Troopers t-shirt

When I first saw Starship Troopers I thought it was awesome because of all the guns and explosions, and even a couple of boobs here and there, but now that I’m an adult I realise that it’s actually a bit smarter than it’s often given credit for. $10 today at TeeFury.

Daily Tee Roundup Sept. 7th 2011

by Andy on September 7, 2011

leonardo dicaprio meme t-shirts

I have been posting the daily tee sites for a couple of weeks now, and whilst I think it is a good idea, I don’t really like the way that it is dominating the site so much when you look through the previous pages, it looks like daily tee sites are the main focus of HYA, which they aren’t, everything in the tee world is the focus of HYA. So I’m going to give putting them in a group a go and publishing a roundup post each day and see how that goes. Comments welcome if you’d like to advise which format you prefer.

‘Feeling Dreamy’ is a shirt that you can like on two levels; one, it’s just a nice design, and two, there is definitely a meme in there and I’m not going to let slip what it is. $12 for a few more hours at Tilteed.

‘The Juniper Tree’ is okay, but I’m not getting too excited by it, it’s just one of those designs that anyone could have in their wardrobe but it’s never going to be a favourite. $10 today at Shirt.Woot

‘Dire Brew’ is apparently something to do with Game of Thrones, I haven’t seen the show yet (it is Sky+’d though), y’all think I’m gonna love it? $10 today at TeeFury

‘Let’s Roll’ is a Big Lebowski t-shirt, obviously, and a mighty fine one at that. This is what you get when you meet a stranger in the Alps! From $10 today at RIPT Apparel.

‘Dextoon’ is my favourite daily tee of the day, in fact it’s probably going to be my shirt of the week (not that I keep a chart, I just think it’s really good), fun style and a good way to deal with Dexter since shirts about serial killers tend to be a bit depressing and gory. £8 at Qwertee for another day and a half.

‘I hate police’ isn’t a sentiment that I agree with, but I do like the style of this shirt so I’m a little bit torn. €12 at Loviu today.

‘Tree’ is a pretty clever shirt, by no means brilliant, but I’d be happy seeing it in my wardrobe. $25 from today onwards at

firefly serentiy t-shirt

I’ve pointed out numerous times when Firefly shirts turn up on the daily shirt sites that I haven’t actually seen the show and that I should probably do something to rectify that. I haven’t mentioned though that I have seen Serenity, so I’m not entirely clueless about the show, and the more tees I see the more I learn (I clearly have a very strange learning process).

$10 today at TeeFury

coffee pong t-shirt

I’m not really a coffee drinker, every so often I’ll get a cup from Costa or Starbucks laced with masses of sugar and syrup, but at home I never have a desire to make a cup.

tea shirt

Between ‘people’ and ‘love’ in that title I really wanted to drop the f-bomb in a Hipster Hitler kinda way, but I managed to resist.

Yes, British people do love tea, though I don’t really count myself as a fan, I’ll have a cup of jasmine or green tea every so often, but my mates think I’m awfully odd not having a regular cup of tea with sugar and milk.

Costiness=£9.99 Buy it from John Williamson (other colours available)

storm in a teacup t-shirt

Last week I posted this tee when it was on TeeFury and as usual I was bemoaning the way that you guys may have visited HYA several hours or days after it ceased to be available at the tee a day site. Fortunately, artist Ross Robinson has made the design available on POD site MySoti, yes, it’s not the bargain $9 it was last week, but at least you’ll be able to actually buy it rather than going “… wish I’d got that on TeeFury last week.”

Costiness=£18.24 Available at MySoti

My Liver Hates Me

by Andy on July 22, 2009

Do you ever wake up on a Sunday afternoon and go “why did I just drink so much? And spend all that money? And stay up so late? And get ketchup on my jeans? And insist that I’m famous on the internet? And have a good hour or two I simply cannot remember?”

Well, if you do, this is probably a tee you can relate with, and it’s a whole bunch less cheesy than similar text tees that you see when you’re larging it with the lads in Ibiza, especially when Coty is the guy modeling it!

Costiness=$10 (with coupon code2009‘ or ‘emptees‘) Available from

Wandering around the St. Patrick’s Day parade on Sunday I noticed that whilst drinking t-shirts aren’t necessarily a genre that particularly excite me, people are always going to wear them, so they might as well be a lot better designed than the crap that was getting beer spilled down them on Market St. and the Ben Franklin Parkway a couple of days ago (if this was a rock gig that would be the hometown shoutout that drives the crowd wild).

Costiness=$15 (possibly $18 now) Buy it at Walkie Talkie Tees
