If there were Presidential elections in the tee design community, I think that J3concepts and Wotto would be a pretty decent ticket, which is why I was so impressed to see them both having designs released at Ink Hound in the same week, you’d think that they’d want to separate the bigger names of the design community from sharing a week, or perhaps I’m underestimating just how many ‘names’ Ink Hound have got up their sleeves.
You have until Monday to pick them up.

You can pick up that hat by
J3concepts and that tee by
Mathiole from now until… Monday? Maybe Sunday night? I dunno, there’s a countdown, let that be your guide.

Wrongwroks headed out to Taiwan recently to take part in a show called Real Fake. The show exhibited works by three artists,
Stay Real, Kea, and of course, Wrongwroks.
Alongside the exhibition of printed works there was also a tee release. Some people arrived at 7am in the morning to ensure they could pick up the new black Dorabob tee by Stay Real, and it didn’t even go on sale until 1pm! The tee was limited to 100 pieces, and sold out in 20 minutes (though there are now a few available on the WR site), so I guess turning up early was actually a pretty good idea. Refreshingly, fans were allowed to take pictures in the exhibition, which is something I like to see, because who are you really harming if you take a picture in a gallery?

Oh, and Wrongwroks has released a couple of really cool hats too.
I’ve gone a bit picture crazy with this post, so if you click through for the rest of the entry (RSS readers might have the whole thing without needing to click through) then there’s a pretty big gallery for you to peruse.

I don’t really know anything about the world of hats, I didn’t even know that they could also be called ‘lids’. I like them and have a small collection for when I just can’t be bothered to sculpt my hair (and it is sculpting sometimes), but my knowledge of who’s hot and who is not is very, very limited. So with that in mind, here’s
Hat Hype, a blog all about New Era hats, fitted caps, and lid related news. Anyone know of any other cool hat blogs? I can see myself turning from “Andy the t-shirt guy” into “Andy the t-shirt guy that also wears hats.”
Hat Hype
I wonder how
Wrongwroks can possibly eat or drink anything with his tongue placed ever so firmly in his cheek all the time.
I really like the new hat with the dots on it, but I’m not so sure about the tee with tennis ace/hotty Maria Sharapova chowing down on a banana rather suggestively, I can’t see myself wearing it, but I guess that it does fit with Wrongwroks ethos.

I really like it when people send me things that aren’t tees. Let’s be clear, I love it when people send me tees and really appreciate people taking the time to package stuff up for me, but being sent stuff that isn’t tees or
hoodies is a real novelty for me.
Wrongwroks, who I think its fair to say
I’m a fan of, sent over a couple of hats and a couple of sticker sets to HYA central, and after a hard day digging up a cobbled road (no, really) I sat in the garden and took some pictures of the goods. I’m no expert on hats (though I am rather partial to them), so I’m just going to let the pictures do the talking. So if you want to find out what’s in that box (and see me rocking some seriously hot modeling looks) then click on through… unless you’re reading the RSS feed, in which case you’ve just got to scroll down (possibly, it’s feed reader dependent apparently).
