Train Stripe Wrap Hoodie by Harajuku Lovers at hoodiepeople.com

This post serves, as if it were really needed, as testament that Twitter isn’t a colossal waste of time. Even if it does encourage one’s self-indulgent side.

Black Pinstripe hoodie by Dubwise at hoodiepeople.com

I guess that with Christmas coming up that I should be posting more festive clothing, but the problem with seasonal clothing, and especially Christmas specific clothing, is that it can only be worn for a month or so a year, unless you’re the kind of person that wears clothes ‘ironically.’

I really like the juxtaposition of the pinstripes, something I tend to associate with a touch of class, with the little embellishments like the lion print on the lower hem, the arm patch, rasta coloured piping, and the lion pattern print on the inside of the hoodie (and hood).

Kids are Hoodie People too

by Andy on October 30, 2008

hoodie People, the people that sell hoodies, have started selling hoodies for kids. I don’t know much about kids clothes, despite having being one myself, but I think they look quite cool, does HYA have any readers/parents that could comment on these?

Okay, I’m going to try again with hoodie People (the people who sells hoodies), hopefully this time I’ll get the price right!

I love, love, love the brass clips closures that go over zip on this coat, they really add something to the overall look of this coat, I don’t know why, but I feel like the brass makes the coat seem as if would keep me warmer than if they weren’t there, enough though I know that makes no sense at all. The braided leather hood drawstring is a nice touch too.

jd mprivate 1020 1 71327 The Private hoodie by Jedidiah at Hoodie People

How on Earth did I not know that there is a store out there that only sells hoodies? I’m Andy the hoodie guy, I know I’m not the only person that writes about hoodies anymore, but still, I’d like to think that I keep on top of these things.

Anywho, Hoodie People don’t have a massive range yet, but what they’ve got is pretty cool and they seem to be keeping prices fairly low too, so check ‘em out.

Costiness=$39.86 Buy it at Hoodie People *Apparently this item is coming up as being $79 for some people, but you can get 10% off with the coupon code grandopening2008 which should ease the pain somewhat.
