I actually own the book “Where’s my jetpack?” so I actually know the answer to this question. We don’t need jetpacks, can you imagine the chaos we’d see in the skies? Bodies flying everywhere, the morning commute would be no quick because people would just be queuing in the sky instead of on the ground, and I would imagine that any kind of an accident with a jetpack isn’t something you just brush yourself off after. Oh, and food in pill form? Don’t be silly, half the fun of steak is ripping it about with your teeth!

I always kind of knew what kerning was, that it had something to do with the space between letters, but I didn’t really get it completely. Then on Friday I tried my hand at designing a corporate logo (it was kind of a slow day at the office), and whilst my results were… incredibly lame, I did finally find out how to change the kerning on some text (I know, that’s how little design knowledge I have). So, now I ‘get’ this tee, so I’m in, I’m in with the type nerds!
