star wars argyle t-shirt

Very nice argyle Star Wars t-shirt today at TeeFury.

Seems to me like this is the kind of design that Shirt.Woot should have been selling in the run up to Christmas.

RIPT drop a Milton Glaser-inspired Doctor Who t-shirt.

Harry Potter Muggle Ale shirt at Qwertee.

Those troublesome Tribbles are at Shirt Punch today.

Skyrim is the inspiration for this Nowhere Bad shirt.

I have no idea what the inspiration is for this design at The Yetee.

Star Wars meets Firefly today at OtherTees (who have a snazzy new site).

TeeRaiders have a Doctor Who design as well.

24tee go for the niche with one of the stars of the (surprisingly enthralling) King of Kong coin-op games documentary.

DBH love owls. On that subject, I saw a man walking down the street with an owl yesterday. Owls are great.

Hey look, Tilteed are selling one of their lesser seen designs again.

I have no idea what the kanji (presuming it’s Japanese) on this shirt says, so buyer beware at TeeMinus24.

Tee Gazette have put together their 10 favourite tees from the Storenvy marketplace for January.

Sock Monkee have released their Ampertastic Mr. Fox design as a print.

Adam over at IAMTHETREND busts six commonly held myths about his employer Storenvy.

Wrongwroks have released a parka with a faux fur trim.

Threadless have made some tees available to be put on Xbox avatars, and they cost about $1 each, but here’s the real kicker, if you want a hoodie you have to pay $2. They’re pixels, just because it costs double in real life doesn’t mean that they should cost double on the Xbox marketplace!

Glennz has made some more designs available as hoodies.

Mashable have a guide to building a strong online community around your brand.

Everything is on sale at Myth Clothing.

This Rihanna ‘thug life’ tattoo picture has been doing the rounds, but it’s her John Lennon t-shirt that interests me the most.

Here’s Katy Perry wearing a pretty cool hoodie (and I suspect a cool skull-based all over print t-shirt too).

Buy one get one free (on tees, not hoodies) at Eleven Eleven.

Typography Shop have put all their hoodies on sale.

Sehubabe have released a hoodie and t-shirt for Transardentes 2012 (a Belgian electro rock festival).

dexter t-shirt

Any Dexter fans in the house? I’m sure this TeeFury design will be right up your street.

I don’t think that sounds like a good idea AT ALL. Shirt.Woot.

RIPT couldn’t decide on a reference today so they had to just use all of them.

I don’t get it. Nowhere Bad.

Awful lot of skulls today at Shirt Punch.

One for the atheists over at Stupidhurts.us.

I don’t watch Archer, but I’m fairly sure that’s what this TeeMinus24 shirt is referencing.

There’s a new Doctor Who t-shirt at 24tee.

As long as you like all-over prints this shirt at DBH is rather lovely.

Hey look, Tilteed are selling that cool sushi t-shirt again.

Design Juices showcase 50 t-shirts with interesting typography.

T-Post are giving away the T-shirt Stories documentary DVD (which I can’t find anywhere in the UK, and I don’t know if I can order it off French Amazon) to people who subscribe to their tee service.

Green Day are running a t-shirt design contest, except you have to be part of their ‘Idiot Club’ to enter, and that has a $20 annual subscription, so you effectively have to pay to enter this contest… lame.

Miles To Go are running a poster sale until Friday.

Wrongwroks have opened a 2nd store in China, it’s fun to watch Tony’s brand expanding.

HYA isn’t going dark in protest of SOPA/PIPA (mostly because I don’t think anyone would miss it) but a lot of other websites are.

Rigu is still a thing.

Karmaloop have a video about L’il Wayne’s new clothing line (that doesn’t look at all like every other BAPE-esque brand out there), TRUKFIT.

604Republic have upped the prize in their design competition.

space invaders t-shirt

Very cool Space Invaders shirt from TeeFury today.

‘The birthplace of inspiration’ is up at Shirt.Woot today.

8-bit Back To The Future? Yes please, RIPT.

Fairly obscure Terminator design at Shirt Punch today.

Nowhere Bad reminds of another badass facet of Lincoln’s character.

TeeMinus24 bring out a pop art inspired Admiral Ackbar shirt.

24tee have a shirt for hipsters.

Shirt with a wolf on it at DBH.

I’m sure that TeeBlitz have sold this design before, and it’s a little odd that the time remaining for the design is “-359 days”, but hopefully that doesn’t mean there’s trouble at TeeBlitz.

Loviu wheel out this older design.

Oldie-but-goodie at Tilteed today.

Get 30% off at Seventh.Ink this weekend with the coupon code NEWYEAR2012. [via TeeGazette]

Labyrinth Clothing have a page on The Fancy, and if you ‘fancy’ (the equivalent of ‘like’ on Facebook) any item in their store you’ll unlock a 20% off coupon code.

OMUNKY have added prints to their lineup of goods.

Jeff has shared a few teasers of the his design process on Ugmonk‘s next design.

The UTee just launched a new design. Feel free to go and check it out, but don’t forget which is your favourite tee blog!

Here’s Miley Cyrus wearing a Pink Floyd t-shirt, I’m sure that will annoy no one.

May I suggest that you advertise on HYA? Options available to suit all budgets.

And that’s the news for today!

Daily Tees & News for December 12th

by Andy on December 12, 2011

breaking bad t-shirt

Everyone have a good weekend? I did until last night when I had a nasty fall during my snowboarding lesson at the dry slope. Fell on my front, my jakcet rode up and my stomach turned into ‘brakes’, my tummy new resembles those crisps that are meant to look like streaky bacon, oh, the pain!

I really want to get into Breaking Bad, but after a couple of episodes of the first season it was just too depressing so I stopped, I will probably try again though. Shirt is $10 today at TeeFury.

I haven’t read Hitchhiker’s Guide To The Galaxy, but apparently this Qwertee shirt has something to do with it.

Apparently this RIPT tee is something to do with a cartoon show that may or may not be on TV anymore but to be completely honest I don’t recognise it and no one mentions it in the RIPT comments, your suggestions please!

And what band is this Owl at Shirt.Woot listening to? The Who, of course!

Pretty rare that you see a Gremlins tee, but this is a lovely example of the breed at The Yetee.

Seinfeld Festivus shirt over at TeeMinus24. Funny how you don’t hear much about Christmukkah nowadays.

I haven’t seen Donnie Darko so this shirt at OtherTees may or may not be genius.

You want an Angry Birds t-shirt? 24tee have got it!

A melting Portal companion cube greets us today at TeeRaiders.

I really like this Star Wars design at Graphic Lab, but I do question the black on dark grey colour choice. Then again, it would probably look a bit naff if it was on a white t-shirt.

Ahhh, one of my favourite Loviu designs.

Pikachu gets an outing on this Shirt Punch design.

Tshirt Contest ensure that we have at least one Doctor Who t-shirt today, thank goodness.

Very nice shirt of the day at DBH.

BustedTees deal of the next couple of days is their attachment that you put on a beer to make it look like you have a mustache. Presumably it’s like those little win trinkets people buy so that you know who’s wine glass belongs to who, except for beer. $8.99 for 6 instead of $11.99

Expansion II comes out to play once again at Tilteed.

Tee Mashups is a site I found out about at the weekend that offers designs on sale for 48 hours. Today and tomorrow they have a Dick Tracey vs Carmen Sandiego shirt available.

Megan Fox may be a very attractive lady, and that’s a pretty cool sweatshirt, but I will never understand why people wear stuff that looks like it has spent a few months with a bunch of moths.

Wrongwroks have added hiking boots to their product range, of course.

There’s 25% off everything today only at Loserkids.

Mashable have a good resource for increasing Facebook engagement through custom tabs that should be useful for store owners.

Yes No Maybe have a few coupon codes available. The more you spend the more you save, all the way up to 20% off.

Original Music Shirt, who I still think took a lot of inspiration from Threadless with their redesign, are offering free global shipping with the coupon code ILIKETOMOVEIT if you spend 25€+ before December 14th.

Springleap are holding a contest that is only open to previous design winners, which should make for some pretty tasty entries.

OMUNKY are offering 18% off from now until December 19th with the coupon code 18off2011.

PalmerCash are now selling shirts, the kind with buttons!

The Quiet Life are running a holiday promo, if you spend $100 or more they’ll give you a free duffel bag that they usuall charge $40 for. It would be perfect for carrying around your gym gear since that will inevitably be your new years resolution. Go to the gym more dammit Andy! They’ve also restocked their hat selection.

Terratag are knocking 10% off all orders. No coupon necessary, the discount will automatically be applied at the checkout.

Whilst I do like the idea of ‘ugly’ Christmas tees I think that this Kickstarter project might be a bit too late, it won’t be funded (if it reaches 100%) until January 9th, and then when will you receive the shirt? I’m pretty sure everyone’s Christmas cheer will be long gone by that time.

Daily Tee & News Roundup for November 23rd

star trek t-shirt

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, it’s amazing that there aren’t more Star Trek t-shirts around. $10 today at TeeFury.

I like the name of this shirt, ‘Vinyl Frontier,’ almost as much as I like the design. $10 today at Tilteed.

Very nice Doctor Who t-shirt from Nowhere Bad today.

I’m not sure if this shirt at Stupidhurts.us is a Deadmau5 reference or not, but I like it.

Not my favourite Shirt.Woot design ever but it definitely fits with their style.

I’m fairly sure there are a lot of people that would like this RIPT version of Battlestar Battleship to be a real thing.

Awesome shirt at The Yetee today, who would have thought that “Star Wars x crappy Christmas sweaters” would be such a good concept for a design?

And here I was thinking that all the “people whose names are also a state” had been done, well done 24tee.

TeeRaiders are dropping a Firefly design today.

Loviu really liked The Dark Knight, presumably.

Catch of the Day Tee provide us with our second Doctor Who shirt for Wednesday.

Shirt Punch seem to be the only company that have realised The Muppets are really popular at the moment.

Very pretty design from DBH today.

Let me remind you that Rigu is a thing I launched last week and it would be brilliant if you could check it out.

Glennz has released a desktop calendar for 2012 featuring some of his favourite designs.

80sTees satisfy my thirst for Seinfeld t-shirts with this George Costanza ‘Professional Hand Model’ tee. for $22.

Monsieur Steve is offering 20% off in his store today only with the coupon code onlytoday, though you do have to spend €70 to qualify for the saving.

PLNDR have up to 55% off goods from Mishka NYC.

A few months back on I Am The Trend Monique from Antisparkle featured “3 Affordable and Creative Branded Packaging Ideas” that I’m sure store owners will want to take a look at.

I didn’t mean for this to turn into a daily roundup for store owner resources, but I’ve been finding some good stuff recently, here’s “Five Copywriting Errors That Can Ruin A Company’s Website” from Smashing Magazine.

Mashable have 7 Tips to Make Your Blog Stickier. A lot of shirt brands have a blog that this info can apply to, but it’s important to note that a lot of the tips apply to non-blog content too.

Kissmetrics have a super guide to marketing using Twitter, and also a post with a guy claiming to have a 2% bounce rate which if you know your bounce rates you know is astoundingly low.

I Am The Trend’s Black Friday List is up and it has more than 80 brands on it, crazy! My initial list will be up in a few hours.

hunger games t-shirt

Apparently today’s shirt at TeeFury is to do with a series of books called ‘Hunger Games’ that I’ve never read.

I like what Qwertee are going for here, but I think that you’d have to be a Linkin Park fan to want to buy it, and that might cut out a large section of their followers.

Daily Tees & News for November 8th

by Andy on November 8, 2011

mars university futurama t-shirt

Nice to see more Futurama shirts becoming available, even if it’s just for a day at TeeFury.

Great collage shirt from Qwertee today, one for children of the 80s I think.

Another cool design from Tilteed, but of course it is also an old design, I’d love to know what’s happening there and why we haven’t seen new shirts for so long, hopefully this isn’t the beginning of the end for Tilteed.

Whilst I don’t entirely understand the meaning of the bird painting itself, I do like the artwork today at Shirt.Woot.

Quite a few of the RIPT commenters are chiming in to say that they won’t buy this shirt because it will be out of date in a year, fair point.

It’s pretty rare that you get a shirt that draws from Picasso and Star Wars, bravo The Yetee, bravo.

Nope. I’m going to need someone to explain the reference to me on this 24tee shirt.

Gotta say I’m not in love with the Mario artwork at TeeRaiders today, sorry.

Nice to see this design at Loviu again.

Shirt Punch are exploring that oft-neglected crossover of Doctor Who and Wizard of Oz today.

The straightforwardly named Tshirt Contest have opened their first contest with a call for entries of beer designs.

‘War Torn’ is the Shirt Of The Day at DBH.

Delorean Dashboard is the deal of the day at BustedTees. $11 instead of $20.

I don’t want to complain too much about something that’s a 2 year old issue, but I saw it again and it annoyed me again. Total Film published a list of 100 Star Wars t-shirts in 2009 that I feel is clearly heavily inspired by my list of 202 Star Wars t-shirts. That post took me the better part of 25 hours work, work that they haven’t acknowledged in their list (they have picked all the same shirts as I did, and in many cases they’re listed in the same order. I’m of no doubt that Total Film have earned money from that post (they have ads, and they’re on the first page of Google for the search ‘Star Wars t-shirts’), but all I want from them is acknowledgement that I did the research for their article, and an apology for using my work without permission. If any of you would like to leave a comment on their article or tweet them @totalfilm regarding the issue I’d appreciate it.

Mashable have a short list of “4 Essential Facebook Page Apps to Improve Communication With Fans” that I think will be of use to brand owners.

New shirt today from A Better Tomorrow.

Javaboi Industries have a Steve Jobs tribute shirt. Frankly, I don’t care for the shirt, it’s just not for me, but I can understand why people would look up to Steve Jobs, and it’s cool that Javaboi are donating to charity with the sales from the shirt, especially as they are a brand that has unfortunately had far too many experiences with cancer.

RedBubble artist Tom Trager has released the above ‘Dalek Pest Exterminations’ Doctor Who shirt for £15.99, which I’ve now added to the Doctor Who list.

You can get an extra 15% off at PLNDR with the coupon HUSH15 provided you spend $50+.

Use the coupon code TRIPLE11 to get 20% off your order at Karmaloop from now until midnight (EST) on November 11th.

I’ve opened up a couple of new advertising spaces for your perusal (footer & sidebar skyscraper left). Don’t worry, this isn’t yet more ads on HYA, I’ve converted the two ads that had Google AdSense on them to regular ads (that are backfilled with AdSense at the moment, confused?). They’re on a CPM basis, meaning you only pay for what you want and I’ve made it possible to buy just a couple of thousand pageviews at a time, meaning you can dip your toe in the water advertising on HYA for just a couple of dollars. This also means that we could have hundreds of people advertising on HYA, which I think would be pretty cool.

Unestablish has opened for business, they seem to have some pretty cool higher-end looking clothing.

Counter Balance Clothing (who I hadn’t heard of before) released a big new Fall collection a few days ago, with that many new shirts you guys must be able to find something you like in there.

Time for me to feel bad again, Monstros Apparel have been running a Kickstarter Project for the past month, and now that I finally get around to properly checking out their e-mail the Kickstarter has got 3 days to go and still needs about $2,000 to be funded. I know that HYA probably doesn’t have the readership to give this guy $2,000 but I think there are probably a few of you out there that would have pledged for one of his shirts.

Daily Tee & News Roundup for November 2nd

by Andy on November 2, 2011

teefury mario dinosaur t-shirt

It took me reading the description to realise, but this TeeFury shirt is actually about Mario, not just a dinosaur wearing boots.

Well, that song is in your head now, thanks Qwertee.

Tilteed may not be releasing new designs at the moment but their back-catalgoue has a lot of really good shirts so I can handle it for a while.

Nice concept behind this Shirt.Woot design, and adorably style.

I don’t really understand why the Nyan cat became popular, but that’s usually the case with memes, but I do like this Doctor Who shirt at RIPT.

I haven’t seen Game of Thrones, but I can see how this crossover Star Wars shirt works very well at The Yetee.

Ahhh, one of those rare “Mexican folk art x He-Man” mashups at TeeMinus24

It’s 8-bit and I like it, good work 24tee.

I can’t help but feel there’s a reference that I’m missing in this shirt from Tee Raiders.

That area of empty space is still bothering me about this Loviu shirt.

Fair to say that this Catch of the Day Tee shirt is not for me.

A Better Tomorrow have still got loads of their shirts on sale for 19€

12 new shirts on sale at NoiseBot.

Poketo have released some fall items like ponchos, scarves and hats that look like bears.

I think that the infographic tells you everything you need to know about this CX.CITY sale.

Spend over $55 and get 20% off an free shipping ($8 off shipping for international folks) with the coupon code KNOWME at Karmaloop.

Daily Tees & News Roundup for November 1st

by Andy on November 1, 2011

Zelda t-shirt

Zelda shirt from TeeFury today, nice style and colourway.

Another old design from Tilteed, they don’t seem to have released anything new for a while, I’ll drop them an e-mail to ask what is up.

It’s quite hard to tell from the image above, but the skull in this Stupidhurts.us shirt is made of kisses, thus the name ‘Long Kiss Goodnight.’

This tee from Shirt.Woot is surprisingly Anglo-centric, I didn’t know Americans knew the Guy Fawkes story.

Great Gremlins shirt from RIPT today.

OtherTees have a Portal gun sketch up for the next few days.

As someone who enjoys killing time with Angry Birds, I can appreciate this 24tee shirt.

Once again Barbie is a slut at Loviu.

I feel like the Mario image is a little bit awkward on this Catch of the Day Tee shirt, but I do still like the design overall, and I’m not sure how I’d prefer Mario to look, so it’s a bit of an unfair comment.

Japanese -inspired design from Shirt Punch. Man, I’d love to go back to Japan on another holiday.

Ugmonk have released a premium wooden ampersand (that holds itself to a stainless steel base with a super strong magnet) priced at $299 that makes me wish I knew how to use the very expensive CNC that we have in our workshop (for my other job). As someone who has been around wood for his entire life I feel that it is a bit pricey, but then I’m looking at it as a product rather than art, and with it being a limited first run of 15 pieces I can see how that has pushed up the price.

Neighborhood have released a new expensive t-shirt.

Today only you can get 20% off your order at Glamour Kills with the coupon code TRICKORTREAT.

New blogger on HYA Goodfibres have cut the price of their shirts to £15 until November 7th.

PalmerCash have 20 new shirts in stock, presumably these are two of them.

Storenvy are giving away two signed copies of the Thread’s Not Dead book. IATT have all the details, be sure to enter before November 4th.

Wrongwroks have had a big release in their webstore, not many tees so I didn’t think I should give them their own post.

And lastly, your daily reading for t-shirt store owners from Mashable, “How to Time Your Facebook Posts to Reach the Most Fans“.

Daily Tee & News Roundup for October 31st

by Andy on October 31, 2011

free hugs t-shirt

Hmmm, something seems a little fishy about this offer of free hugs at TeeFury.

Qwertee are giving us a realistic version of Sonic the Hedgehog (with Tails and Knuckles too).

Nowhere Bad have a Blade Runner themed shirt available.

Great image from Shirt.Woot.

Huh, not often that you get one Sonic design in a week, but thanks to The Yetee this is our second of the day.

TeeMinus24 have a Zombieland-themed shirt referencing the different ‘rules’ that Jesse Eisenberg has for surviving a zombie apocalypse.

I’m fairly addicted to Reddit, so I like this shirt from 24tee.

Mario Boos design from TeeRaiders today.

GraphicLab themselves admit that this style of shirt has been done to death, but ‘hopefully evil’ is something I haven’t seen before.

Shirt Punch give us the most explicitly Halloween themed shirt of the day with ‘Monster Mash.’

RIPT have a cool Mario-inspired shirt today. Is he fighting the power? Is Mario the 99%?

Vaughn de Heart have got a new look website and to celebrate they’re offering 30% off from now until November 6th with the coupon code Forza.

Mashable have got 10 reasons why your website could be costing you sales. Some of these things are pretty obvious, but I think all store owenrs should give them a quick look to get them thinking about their site.

TSHIRT STORE released a slew of great new tees, I think I’d wear every single one, which can’t be a bad thing.

As someone who writes for a living a post called ‘SEO for Non-Dicks‘ got my attention, and whilst SEO bores me to tears, it is unfortunately something that we people of the internet need to know about to get ahead, and that includes t-shirt site owners.

Daily Tee & News Roundup for October 27th

by Andy on October 27, 2011

lady gaga halloween t-shirt

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a shirt that references Lady Gaga before, so that’s something new from TeeFury.

Yup, the Disney logo is a shirt meme, fortunately the designs I’ve seen so far have been pretty cool, and I’d count this offering from Qwertee amongst that group.

Interesting shirt from Tilteed (that I presume they’ve sold before since they have model shots of it), nice big print on it.

Stupidhurts.us have been cranking out the new designs recently, huh?

Excellent work from former HYA writer Randyotter at Shirt.Woot today, this may well be the cutest penguin shirt I’ve ever seen.

Fun shirt from RIPT today, though of course no one will know you’re wearing it in Winter because you’ll have several layers on top.

Nicely done Portal shirt at The Yetee today.

Pity that you won’t be able to get this 24tee shirt in time for Halloween, I’m sure it could be useful with a few outfits.

Can someone explain the reference on this TeeRaiders shirt/hoodie? Is it referencing an actual event or is it purely invented by the artist?

Lovely starry negative space design by Loviu today, right up my street.

When memes and games collide at Shirt Punch today with ‘Snake in a Box’.

Catch of the Day Tee again don’t have anything on their site, I wonder why they don’t put up a message when they haven’t got a shirt to offer, or why they don’t just run the shirts for another day of sale.

Ugmonk have got a new lookbook that reveals no new tees, but does look pretty.

The Daily Street have a roundup of Johnny Cupcake‘s Halloween release event in London.

Dark Bunny Tees have put a new shirt up for pre-order, this one celebrates The Last Starfighter, and the first 100 orders will also receive a free Space Invaders styled poster.

Glennz has cut the price of all the ‘scary’ shirts in his catalogue to $13.95 until the end of the month.

How to start a clothing company takes a look at the pros and cons of screenprinting vs. direct to garment printing.

Mashable put out an article not-that-long-ago that called ‘10 Essential Tips for Startups‘, and judging by some of the things I get in my inbox I think that quite a few t-shirt companies could do with heeding some of their advice.

A Better Tomorrow must be getting close to relaunching their site, take advantage of the savings on their own shirts (this offer doesn’t apply to brand stores).

improving facebook engagement

When I’m putting updates on the HYA Facebook page sometimes they get a good response from the 2,700+ fans, and sometimes they don’t. I had always presumed that it was because I just wasn’t interesting sometimes, and that is probably the case, but apparently there’s a bit more to it than that. Mashable put together a post that if you own a t-shirt brand is absolutely invaluable to improving how well you engage with the people that follow your brand. If you don’t own a brand you might just want to move on or wait for the next post to go live (in 4 hours or less). The post explains how the time of day and what day you post updates on and how they can be beneficial for you. Some of it is common sense (writing about the NFL will be more popular on a Sunday, for example), but it certainly does give some good pointers and get you thinking about how you can improve response to your updates on Facebook, and by extension other social networks.

customer service advice

Mashable have put together an article with the super SEO friendly title of 6 Tips for Providing Better Online Customer Support. Whilst they aren’t aiming any of their tips directly at t-shirt brands (which is hardly surprising as they’re a social web blog, not a t-shirt blog) I think that a lot of them translate over well, so and brand owners out there should take a look and take their comments on board when thinking about how they handle interaction with customers and potential customers.

Why the picture? Well, I wasn’t going to use one of those boring business stock photos was I, why not have a paper toy?

Cotton Filter: 270508

by Andy on May 27, 2008

I bet you thought you’d never see the cotton filter again!

Shirt.Woot: As spotted by Jay, Shirt.Woot is now shipping to 45 countries beyond the US & Canadian borders, and are doing so for the low price of $5 too.

FFee Clothing: In other shipping related matters, FFee clothing are offering free shipping on all orders (even international ones) until the end of May.

T-Shirt Magazine: This site claims to be the only magazine about T-shirts whether online and off, which is… wrong (and Tcritic‘s new look is farily magazine-like too), but lets not hold that against them, since there is some decent content on the site.

laFraise: They can now print up to 12 colours on a shirt rather than the 8 that they had before, which is an increase of 50%… hurrah! To celebrate, they’re making up a test design (only 250 to be produced) called ‘Let’s Get Ready To Rainbow’, which I think is a pretty splendid phrase.

Threadless: If you’ve ever wanted to know, these are the people that do the screenprinting for Threadless (the art prints, not the tees). Also, here’s another magazine article fawning over Threadless and their business model, there’s pretty much nothing new in the article, but it does provide a decent overview.

Pete Wentz: Apparently he likes Local Celebrity clothing so much that he asked to take some after wearing it for a Fall Out Boy video shoot. Presumably he’s trying to save some cash for when Ashlee pops that baby out.

Creative Directory 101: A directory of sites for creative people, obviously, this will be helpful for people trying to get themselves set up in the tee biz (especially if you’re in the UK). [Disclosure: I’m still working on a HYA Directory that would crush compete with this site]

Pikiware: Mashable described this site as being the “WordPress of Online Tshirts”, and since I love WordPress and t-shirts I figured it was worth a peep, especially since the last time I found out about a t-shirt store from Mashable it was Design By Humans. From what I can tell, pikiware is basically a storefront system for people that print their own products, so that you can make your own Cafepress or Spreadshirt kind of business, though I have been known to make mistakes in the past, so I could easily be wrong. I don’t really see this being of huge interest to “HYA kinda people”, but since it does represent something kinda new in the tee world then I thought it was worth a mention.

Instructables: Here’s an instructable about photo-emulsion screenprinting, which I assume would be helpful for those of you that would like to print your own tees but don’t know how.

HipHipUK Discusses Crowdsourcing: This post seems to have become rather business-y, and this is the most business-y of the lot. Adam wrote an article a few weeks ago called “Which risks and problems will companies, that run Crowdsourcing business models, face in the future?
