build bridges not walls t-shirt

I like the new ‘Build Bridges‘ design from Random Objects, it may be simple, restrained, and just a one-colour print, but it’s the kind of shirt that I really like to wear. Good to see Origami Pigeon make a return too, even if it’s just for a short time as when it sells out it won’t be making a return, and that bag looks pretty nifty too, though not the kind of thing that I’d buy.

Two excellent new tees from Random Objects

we must sail and not drift t-shirt

‘Jack of All Trades Masters of None’ is the latest design from the ever-excellent Random Objects, and the fun part about this tee is that it actually comes with two #2 pencils which I think is a really neat touch that does add to the experience. The anchor shirt has previously been seen on a crew-neck jumper and now makes it’s debut as a tee, and mighty fine it looks too. You can pick it up for $24, or $26 for the Jack of All Trades tee (I guess that the pencils push the price up a little).

higgins & ith t-shirt

Can anybody help me decipher what on earth this is meant to say. Please explain it as if I am a child that can be easily distracted. I kind of like the design, the company of quotes on tees works pretty well for me, I just don’t understand it!

Chalk Brighton are one of those brands that I’m excited to get e-mail from, because there’s usually something good to be found when I click on the message and this case is no different. Also, I have been wearing their shirts for a while now and they haven’t fallen apart (they know good product), so that’s a positive. Save 10% on the tee using the coupon code GOODNEWS01.

all work and no play t-shirt

I certainly felt like I was always working over the past couple of weeks, even on my day off yesterday I was still busy. That’s the nature of the beast though, you never really turn off because someone can always get in touch with you.

“Better than I deserve” by Ugmonk

better than I deserve ugmonk t-shirt

I had a massive analogy comparing Ugmonk‘s tees to an annoyed baseball stadium janitor who was sick of having to clear up all the balls in the car park… but frankly just writing that sentence was enough effort, can you imagine how long it would have taken to do it properly?

It’s a good looking shirt in typical Ugmonk fashion, and if you’d like, you can see the making of the design here.

No Vision, a cool tee by Random Objects

vision test helen keller t-shirt by random objects

Random Objects, now there’s a tee company you can rely on to put out a cool t-shirt, and this is eye-test style design is most definitely that. Apparently it’s “make Andy look ignorant” day because I was unaware that this was a Helen Keller quote, but then again no one in Britain knows who Helen Keller is, so that doesn’t matter.

nothing to fear but fear itself

I probably should have posted this tee at the weekend, because I know I like it and I know it looks good, but I can’t think of an interesting way to express it. Also, this may well be one of the few articles about itself. you read this year that doesn’t talk about the on-again off-again nature of their design contest and release schedule, it’s a good tee, let’s just be happy with that.

When I first saw this tee (on Rumplo) I presumed that it would be by Ugmonk, since ‘character with short message written in it’ is kind of their thing (I even saw an Ugmonk tee on sale in the Philly branch of Urban Outfitters), but I know that no one owns that style, so Random Objects can get a pass on this one since it’s a cool tee.
