roktic sale

It’s not the biggest sale in the world, but t-shirts that used to be £30 are now £15, and you can hardly complain about that.

New Das Monk at Roktic

by Andy on November 27, 2009

I thought it might be nice to see some splendid tees from organic Australian label Das Monk today as well as lots of percentage signs.

Google Mail - Ontour now available at Roktic! - bigguybigcity@gmail.com_1257778689345

There’s no denying it, some of these designs are absolutely spectacular, and now it’s easier to get hold of Dutch brand Ontour in the UK than ever before, now that Roktic are selling them (and the only people in the country, at that). They’ve actually been selling Ontour for more than a month now, but I’m still working my way through the backlog caused by the France trip.

Pics from the Roktic pop up shop launch night

by Andy on September 17, 2009

Usually when I see a pop up shop I wonder why they’re open for such a short amount of time, and looking at Roktic’s short-term shop on Brick Lane I’m tempted to say the same, but I’m sure they have good reason, maybe if this week goes well they might do a longer residency (perhaps even permanent) in the future.

I won’t be able to make it down to this week to the Roktic pop up shop, but I wholeheartedly recommend that London based HYAers do (and drop me an e-mail to say what you thought if you do go, please).

Wemoto A/W09 hits Roktic

by Andy on September 2, 2009

I’ve come to expect good things from Wemoto, and they haven’t disappoited me with this release, which Roktic have managed to pick up before anyone else. The rest of the release can be found in the gallery (including a Charles Manson based design that I can’t decide if I am offended by or just don’t understand), but I wanted to point out the hoodie above because I really like the concept behind it. As the text is written inside the hoodie the text is only revealed when the wearer takes it off, which is a pretty fun idea.

They’re all fantastic, buy them.

RVLT R FRM DNMRK, THY SPLL THR NM WTH N VWLS ND N CPTLS. Roktic on the other hand are British and spell things right, because we invented this damn language and there’s no need to bastardise it.

RVLT’s Spring/Summer line is available now, peep the rest in the gallery.

I’m not too hot on most of this new line (boob as a bagpipe anyone?), the rest of which can be found in the gallery, but the tee above is really rather fetching.

I’m not sure if this range of tees is exclusive to Roktic, but they are selling them, so you might as well get your Sixpack fix there.

New Wemoto at Roktic

by Andy on February 23, 2009

Roktic got in touch to say that they’ve released some new goods from Wemoto on their site. I do believe that they are exclusive to Roktic, at least for now, they’ll probably get released to other retailers soon.

The release is two very nice simple-but-interesting hoodies, and three tees that I’m struggling to get excited about but think are still very wearable. Check out the individual items in the gallery.

Roktic pointed out this new sweater from Le Sucre that is being sold exclusively in their store, and whilst I was under the impression that people were start to move away from the nu-rave text on a somber background, I actually quite like the 80s charm of this sweater and its meaningless text.

Big sale over at Roktic

by Andy on November 25, 2008

From what I can tell, the vast majority of stock over at Roktic is on sale, and there are some decent savings to be had. Brands include, RVLT Revolution, Wemoto, Lhome, and CTRL Clothing, so there should be something to make you happy over there.

Lhome news: Afternoon Tee & Roktic

by Andy on September 29, 2008

Kieran from Lhome got in touch to let me know about a few exciting new developments that are going down with them. First, they’re in Roktic, which is a British webshop that’s quickly establishing itself as a good place to shop by stocking some really great brands (what a novel process), and the addition of Lhome only strengthens their roster (there’s also free shipping to anywhere at Roktic until the end of the month, hurry!).

Second, they’re going to be one of the brands selling their wares at this years Afternoon Tee in Plymouth. Afternoon tee is an event on October 12th where some of the UKs top small & independent brands come together to sell their clothes, with live screen printing, live DJs and music and a couple of parties to provide extra entertainment. I’m really glad that there’s an event like this in the UK, hopefully it will be a big success, and maybe inspire further events around the country.

Free Worldwide Shipping at Roktic in Semptember

by Andy on September 10, 2008

Americans might still hate the prices, but at least they won’t have to worry about shipping costs from British premium tee retailer Roktic this month. They stock some great brands such as CTRL, Wemoto and Le Sucre, and a few others that I haven’t got excited about on HYA before.
