A blog about hoodies & t-shirts, with news from the independent clothing world

If you thought that ten bills was too expensive, I’ve got a couple of coupon codes that will probably make you happy. You can get…

10% OFF with code: CMONCMON
30% OFF with code: STOCKITUP (must buy $80 or more)

If you’re looking at your virtual basket and thinking “y’know, 6 tees is probably enough for me,” you’d be a fool, with the 10% discount you’d be paying $54 for those tees, when you could get 8 tees for $56 because you’ve hit the 30% coupon code threshold, so just bear that in mind. The codes are valid until 11:59, Sunday May 18th (but which time zone, which time zone!).

Ten Bills

This one is mostly for the ladies since Orange Button’s mens section is largely ties, but 25% off is 25% off and I’m sure we’re all happy to hear that. Just enter the coupon code MAYSALE25 during the checkout process and you’ll get 25% off your entire order, providing you place your order sometime before the end of May.

Tees on sale at Tokyo Art Beat

productpreview_14_2_b.jpg

Tokyo Art Beat, who release five limited edition tees every year (I think I mentioned them about a year ago), which are all pretty beautiful as long, as you like cyan and magenta!Until the end of the month all five of the designs are on sale, down from 3800 yen to 2500 yen, which is about $24, although tees seem to be rather rapidly selling out, so be quick if you want one. All the profits go to feed the staff of their non-profit organisation, so, are you going to go and buy a t-shirt and help someone eat delicious, delicious tempura, or let them go hungry?

2one5: Grab Bag Time!

2one5’s $95 grab bag

Time for a copy/paste moment to make sure that I get none of the details wrong:

2one5 is going be having a grab bag for the next two weeks! For $95, each grab bag will include a variety of items from the new Spring/Summer Collection! (estimated value of each grab bag is approximately $233).

Each Grab Bag will include:
2 pieces from our hood riches collection
1 5-panel hat
1 tee
There is however one catch, we get to pick the gear and there are absolutely no returns or exchanges.

That seems like a pretty good deal to me, so if you’re in the mood for decking yourself out from head-to-waist in 2one5 gear then this is a great opportunity to do it.

I guess that 15 is the number of the moment since it seems to have been cropping up in a few of my posts recently, and when that 15 is the price of a tee than you’ve got to be pretty happy.

All the tees in Reverie’s store are on sale for the low price of $15 (down from $19), and their hoodie has been dropped to a very reasonable $25.

In older Reverie news, a couple of months ago they revamped their entire warehouse and fulfillment system, which meant that they became capable of handling a much larger quantity of traffic, which can only be a good thing for us customers.

Akumu Ink have got a couple of new shirt available, including the one above, Nevermore, which is in that most rock of colourways, black-on-black.

They’ve also got a few tees with 15% off, which isn’t exactly a massive price cut, but it might sway those of you that were on the fence about buying a tee. One last little thing, and I’m not sure if this is new or a long-running promo of thiers, but if you spend over $50 you get a free tote bag.

Not clothes related, but still pretty cool anyway. Popdeck, the skateboard design competition, are having a ‘deal or no deal sale’ where you buy a deck then find out later how much discount you get. Here’s the details:

We are holding our 1st “Deal or No Deal Sale”. Basically, how it works is behind every number, there is a predetermined discount amount ranging anywhere from 1 penny to 40 dollars off!. The sale will run for 3 days and after the third day, we will post in our talk section the final discount value for each number and you will be refunded the difference. Keep in mind that discounts for each number are consistent for every board and some deals will include discounts on future orders.

They’ve got some cool decks available (all strictly limited editions), and if you aren’t a skater, you could always just hang it on the wall as art.

Slow Shirts hoodie

Slow Shirts are having a Spring Cleaning sale, I don’t know where they’re based (Guemes Island, Washington State… thanks Loris!), but Spring appears to have arrived a bit later there than everywhere else since most Spring Sales have been and gone by now. Still, bargains are bargain, and you can get $15 off their range of hoodies right now, which drops them down to an extremely reasonable $25. May I suggest you pick up this one with the engine parts on it?Slow Shirts
