Have you ever met someone that actually likes their printer? It seems like everyone goes from one printer to the next dealing with mediocrity, paper jams and ink cartridges that say they’re empty when they have 100s of pages of ink left in them. It’s amazing that a company hasn’t actually cracked the printer problem yet, I’d pay a hefty surcharge to buy a printer that actually worked.

Art in the Age loves the Walrus
*Sorry guys, as Kevin points out in the comments, I’ve
actually already written about this design.
This tee gives a shout out to a Philadelphia music blog called The Walrus, which I’d never heard of, but then again, I’m not from Philadelphia, and the only music blog I subscribe to is Stereogum, so what chance did I really have?
But if you don’t know what the blog is, like me, it doesn’t really matter for this design, because you might just think that there’s a cool looking Walrus on a t-shirt, and that would probably be enough for you. And if you’re a fan of the blog then you’re in a little secret society of music lovers that rally around your big-teethed mascot and nod at each other whenever you spot someone wearing the tee.

Now, isn’t that a pretty picture?

Cool design, homemade silk print (so don’t expect a costiness/link at the bottom), and a cool log exposure photo to go with it, how could you want anything more? I’m sure I recognise the style of the face on the pyramid from somewhere, I get the feeling it might be some kind of Japanese character, if you’ve got any idea just drop a comment please.Photo credits:

Freshjive have been impressing me more and more recently, although I guess it might just be the case that I’ve just been taking more notice of them since picking up one of their beanies.

I’m not entirely sure whether this is an asymmetric zip, but it appears to be, and I like that, it just gives this jacket a little bit of extra interest and makes it stand out from the competition, and the unusual way that the over-sized lapel on the left (right for the wearer) seems to come from underneath the zip is a pretty cool idea too.

I look at this
hoodie and all I can think about is Zach Morris and his hilariously large mobile phone. How is it even possible that something so retro can look so fresh? I’ve been saying the phrase “what’s old is new again” quite a lot recently, maybe I might actually be right this time?
